So I was just looking at my account info and I have not got the free 5 days game time you are meant to get if you have a active sub.

Is it just me or have they not given it out yet?

    No. They said they would be adding over next 72 hours (from announcement) and you will get an email when actioned. Hope this helps.

    In that case ^^ then no, no free time added to my account yet noticed my billing ran from 3/4/14 so still in my 30 days included with purchase

    @ZOS_HugoP‌, my subscription is set to renew on May 4 because I unfortunately setup my subscription before you all posted the message about extending early access. May 4 is 72 hours from May 1. I am waiting patiently, but do you all have systems in place to ensure that you give the extra days before posting the renewal?

    Also, I just checked and on my account page it says I have 1 day of play time left even though it says I will be billed on May 4. Something just does not seem right.

    Yes, I hope so, but they said 72 hours from 8 pm of May 1, but I setup my subscription the morning of May 1. It is really weird though how it says I have one day of game time left.

    Anyway, I will wait it out. If they charge me too early I will submit a support ticket. I thought about doing a ticket to request the missed extra days from early access but they were so flooded with other things I decided not to bother them over a couple days.

    I have a subscription set up since day one of the early, I do not have the extra time on my account billing page as of yet and I am listed as being billed tomorrow...
    I also have a friend who is locked out of his account for no documented reason for 2 days now. No response from support.

    You set up a sub or you activated your account?

    You don't need a sub to qualify. If you have an active account from playing the first 30 days, then you qualify.

    Even if you canceled the recurring charges form a sub.

    You mean, one would have to log back in "after" their 30 days has expired to start the 5 day extra?

    The initial posting from Matt says these extra days will be sent out within 72 hrs from 8 PM Eastern. The first 30 days expires ~40 hrs after that.

    I get the "up to" part but the 72 hr window exceeds the deadline by 30 hrs.

    ... unless they plan to prioritize with the earlier account times.

    I guess that was my main question. Hell, I'm still not sure... lol

    The deadline for gaining the option was last night at 8pm eastern. It takes time to do a database update on every player that has a qualifying account. At earliest, the first accounts will go down on Monday, so if they are processing all weekend, everyone should be fine, especially if they index on expiration date, thus doing people who expire first earlier than those who expire later in the month.

    I'm not renewing either great game but totally ruined by the bots/gold farmers.

    We have similar situations. Firstly, my account will be inactive in 24 hrs. However, while I share your discontent and the bots and campers did in fact initiate my cancelation of the recurring sub a week sooner that I was going to. Just a window and not any other reason to actually wait.

    Still, it prompted me to do it as opposed to procrastinating. My reason for cancellation is because I was canceling that bank account on May 16, anyway. That.. and I detest recurring automated deductions and try to manage all of my monies personally. It's just how this old man is set in his ways.

    I will be using prepaid cards / keys and my local retailer doesn't have them yet. I am in no hurry and even being unable to play for a week or two is not an issue. Nonetheless, I would still enjoy a few extra days.

    As far as my reasoning to expedite the cancellation, I have seen less and less of the botters and farmers alike. A step in the right direction for sure.



    On a side note...

    I think most that chime to opine with their expertise in evaluating people whom they have no clue the circumstances, think for some astronomical reason that everyone canceling is from the result of a rage quit and are only trolling for the extra few days.

    So the fact you didn't get 5 more days is irrelevant then isn't it, why waste our time reading about it?
