I've only run into him in Coldharbour so far, but based on that alone, I believe you.

I mean, he's never going to beat Raz, but that's impossible.

I did AD for a bit in beta. I do miss Raz a lot. Haven't gotten into the AD content yet since release. Wonder if Ebonheart has any memorable characters I should keep an eye out for. Stibbons is more side questy stuff, but still oh so loveable.

M'aiq just gave me my favorite line of his ever. Something along the lines of "M'aiq does not like being in groups of people. Also, M'aiq is always lonely. M'aiq does not think these are related."

I assume M'aiq has been reading the forums.

I've been following this thread and waiting for someone to find my favorite discovery so that I wouldn't spoil it. It has not happened yet so...

My favorite place in the whole game thus far has to be the Baandari Caravan in Kozanset in Alik'r. Speak to the Baandari there as they each have amusing things to say. One of them in particular has a unique interaction that I have not seen anywhere else and which I will not describe b/c I don't want to spoil the fun.

I was walking around in East March in a camp when one of the guards said:
"So tell me, are Argonian maids really... You know?" :D

Also, I was walking on the road (also in East March), when I saw 2 people at a camp talking and one of them said "we are going to need more kindle for this fire" (The fire was already out, it was just smoke).
I couldn`t interact with the people but I could use the campfire. I thought the cooking interface would come up but I was wrong: I lit the campfire on fire, the 2 NPC thanked me and sat down besides it (I still couldn`t talk to them). I also received a buff named Firelight for half an hour, increasing my max stamina by 5%.

Got to love these little things!

Edit: I also just noticed today in one of the dungeons that if a dungeon has an outdoor part, its time of day changes according to the rest of Tamriel. In most games I got used to them being static, here I noticed even those change!

I have found him in a few places. To my knowledge he is the oldest living being in the Elder Scrolls Universe. In Skyrim he mentions he was named after his father or some such nonsense but I don't believe him.
Popular lore-based theory is that he's a particular Khajiit deity. I can't recall which one off the top of my head. Also, in terms of acknowledged lifespan, it's quite possible Divayth Fyr is older. He was 4000 years old at the time of Morrowind, which is longer than the biggest gap between any two ES games.

Anyway, my two top moments are technically bugs, but I enjoyed them so much I had to mention them. First was a quest line where I encountered the Ehlnofey. 'Elemental beings from the dawn of Mundus, whose existence helped shape reality itself? Cool! And of course their words were incomphrehensible, as is befitting such ancient beings!

....Hang on, that's german they're speaking.'

Next was the end of the questline to thwart Vaermina (beware spoilers, obviously). She's all ticked off and says that I will never escape her realm, no matter how hard I try. Multiple exit mirrors show up around me, and I take a random one and end up back in Wayrest. I complete the questline, sell my loot, and then I'm randomly and inexplicably logged out. I reload and I'm back in Quagmire, surrounded by the mirrors. How devious! I manage to escape again, and complete the quest another time, all the while wondering if I will once more wake up in her realm, stuck in this torturously never-ending nightmare!

...It turns out Wayrest had a random rollback bug. I prefer my interpretation.

I think Pacrooti is my favorite hireling. He sent me a message the other day about how he tried mudcrab because people kept saying it was good. He doesn't see why though, because no matter how long he cooked it, it was still hard as a rock.

The horse one though I hadn't got yet, that's hilarious.

I wanted to post the picture Lalai just posted, I got that mail today too! :D

But I did find something else. Okay, it is nothing big or funny, it is just interesting: I was in a separate, instanced small area in a quest in Eastmarch and I checked the map, only to notice the world map has changed. If I zoomed out, it went back to the normal one but this one popped up if I closed and opened it again. Has anyone seen this design before?

    map_www.kepfeltoltes.hu_.jpg

I wonder if this was supposed to be the map originally but got changed or it is just a bug or something. But it does not show the Skyshards I have already acquired. I found it interesting! :D

I did an interesting quest just a little while ago. A woman asked me to help hunt down a old criminal for (among other things) killing the girlfriend of her organisation's leader. You hunt the guy down and he pleads his repentance, begging you to let him escape. If you do, the person he meets up with who helps him escape is the 'dead' girlfriend.

That actually reminds me of another quest (although you can see a lot of people you help out later on in the story):

A Bosmer woman asks you to find her Khajiit husband, who's gone on a moon sugar binge. When you do find him, he asks to have his moon sugar back. After the quest, you'll run into the happy couple at the inn. Since I gave him the moon sugar, he was huddled in the corner tripping, and his wife refused to speak to me.

Not really in-game thing, but very funny:
While on character selection screen, try to spin any of your character left or right(Keep LMB pressed and move mouse left or right).
If character spin fast/long enough, will start doing emotes like /crazy or /facepalm, indicating that having this kind of fun is not really ok for her/him :D
I have seen taunt emote, crazy, facepalm, and about 10 others;p
Thank you devs for little things like that.

I wandered into a level 45ish zone at level 17ish. I knew full well it was not where I should be, but I was also aware of a Mundus stone that gives me speed. That was all I needed to know, and off I went to explore this high level land.

    During the trip I discovered
    Giants and mammoths
just like in Skyrim! I was excited to say the least. That just made my day right there. Of course, now that I know they are there, I can plot accordingly to bring them down. I died to them a lot in Skyrim. I plan to take it out on them. A lot.

Edit: We should also probably use spoiler tags, oops.

Well I think this would qualify as a discovery but.. In Cyrodiil this past weekend I was alone running through the hills on my way to turn in a quest (nearby keeps controlled by my alliance) when suddenly someone from stealth jumps out and attacks me, throwing me from my horse. I attempt to fight back but before I could, at least 8 others (EP) also come out of stealth and transform into werewolves and kill me. I got jumped by a pack of angry werewolves who then fed on my body before chasing down an unsuspecting ally of mine who also happened to be going by.

TL;DR I discovered there are werewolf packs wandering Cyrodiil. I thought for sure everyone would be jumping on the vampire band wagon. I had a good chuckle when I saw them all transform.

I ran into a town, well what I thought was a town and realized it was full of bandits. I never moused over them to see if they were players or mobs and ran my tush straight into the middle of the little village (opps need to save it first).

I noticed all the red glowy agro( whatever it is called when they notice you), I did that OHHH crap face and scared my poor puppy when I was yelling to no one but myself, RUN RUN RUN…they started chasseing me. I ran over to the ledge of a cliff about to jump to my death. I even did the little suck intake of breath, shook my fist at the computer and squealed as I fell, knowing I was going to die a crumbled head at the bottom. Luckily I had just a small amount of life left that I did not die. After the sigh of relief and a little giggle, I noticed I fell almost right on top of a chest. Drat it was a master and after 3 attempts and two broken picks I was rewarded with a nice blue upgrade weapon and gold.

    Out of map in Bangkorai.

More serious question now to devs/mods/those who could know:
Is doing things like that, i mean going out of map, dangerous for character data in any way? I remember discussion about that on LOTRO forums, when one of devs stated that it can permanently corrupt character data, and make it unplayable.
Lazy answer(my guess) or it is true guys?
