Baz is a good guy. A really likeable personality, he excels as a 2-H brawler. However I have to hide my pizzas from him. No worries, food intolerance is not a minor problem and i like him enough to avoid subjectingg a dear friend to inanities.

I wasn't a big fan of him in the beginning, but he grew on me. I do love his tattoos and I want to know the story behind them so badly. I feel like they hint at a whole other side to him that sadly remains woefully unexplored. His questline was good if lacking in detail, and I like his backstory and would like to see it more fleshed out. Let's have dinner with your sister! Let's go present you to High King Emeric and have you earn some cool accolades by us doing dangerous things together at his command thereby demonstrating that treason doesn't run in the blood! Let's go run the Silvelles out of business and get your mother's jewelry back!

He gets a bad rap for being some sort of wilting flower goody two-shoes, but he really isn't. He loves fighting, and often enters combat shouting, "For glory!" He doesn't shy away from violence at all. He approves of you killing bandits, after all.

And you know what, I don't hate that he disapproves of theft and murder - so does any reasonable person! You don't walk around in the real world breaking into people's houses, swiping items from store owners, and stabbing randoms in the back, right?

Bastian is a great tank. But I'm not sure how I feel about someone who hates cheeze.

I wonder how he would feel about "The Cheeses of Tamriel" book. It's part book which is something he loves and part cheese which he doesn't tolerate.

He's not favourite companion, and he strikes me as a little santcimonious, but he's not all that bad in general, and he makes a nice tank. I also like the way he says 'hello, what's this' when you find a heavy sack.

While not a fan of his keepsakes bonus, Bastain(as a Tank) is my go to companion, totally irreplaceable imo, he's my bodyguard, and my brother in the good fight!, and has helped me clear some areas I previously couldn't.

Mirri on the otherhand has been kept locked up in Doomchar Plateau for the past few months, for thinking she's agreeable, which she never was!

No incentive to get the newer ones, as I'm in no mood to level anymore companions at the moment.

I like that he's about to learn a new diving technique! But seriously though, I do of enjoy his general positivity. He's kind, if a bit sugar sweet and I think we need more of that in life

Once, in Northern Elsweyr, I was riding from the Riverhold Wayshrine to the Tomb of the Serpents, with Bastian at my side.

As I was approaching the ravine from the west, I was feeling a bit silly and decided to have a bit of fun, so I rode toward the cliff at full speed, jumped my horse from the very edge, and went sailing through the air.

When I hit the ground and died, Bastian shouted out, "YOU SHALL BE AVENGED!"

Although, now that I think back on it, he might have been speaking to my horse, rather than to me.
