Jubilee Cake event tickets not appearing.

    X box eu my tickets popped up this morning but didn’t go into my inventory

    I had 9/12 tickets on Friday, used my cake, and it took away 2 tickets and left me with 7/12 tickets. Something is defiantly wrong with the event tickets.

    Wife had similar problem yesterday.
    Used cake, she saw 3 tickets in loot but they didn't counted. And next trying of using cake without succes to get that 3 tickets.
    So support ticket 220409-001950 placed...

    I don't know if it is location related or not but for the sake of accumulating data, when I didn't get my tickets on the first try I was on the Daggerfall docks. By the time I noticed I hadn't received the tickets I was in one of my houses and the retry awarded the tickets.

    Edit: I should add that yesterday it worked first try in that same house and today it worked in Mournhold.

    Per my contact with support (opened a ticket right away), there is a 20 hour cooldown on event tickets. That's also not relevant in my case, as the tickets from yesterday (4/7) were between 10 and 10:30 AM, and today's (4/8) incident was at approx. 10:30 AM.

    There is both a daily reset AND a 20 hour cooldown? Why?

    If Zeni does have 20 hour cool down on these tickets it would be ridiculous.
    If there is a 20 hour timer, it should show you the time left just like it does for the mount trainers.
    Since you can only get tickets 1 time an event day that is the timer....1 time an event day.

    I have not gotten any tickets for this event yet.
    So if they do have a 20 hour timer it didn't matter on first day.

    I even tested like this:
    - Stood next to Impresario.
    - Checked my ticket total on currency tab.
    - Checked Impresario to see how many tickets SHE said I had. Same as my currency tab.
    - Summoned 2022 cake.
    - Ate the 2022 cake for first time of the event day.
    - Got EXP buff.
    - Checked currency tab - no new tickets.
    - Checked Impresario - no new tickets.

    I have also eaten the cake in different zones on different characters.
    Doing a repair and disabling all addons didn't make any difference.
    I currently have 0 tickets.

    Something is broken.
    It needs to be fixed.
    Users should not have to jury rig, do crazy hoop loops, and find a hackneyed way to get lucky on any given day to get their tickets.

    My guess?
    There is a bug caused by having back to back events that affects some people.

    I got my answer from CS.
    Looks like I probably will not be getting any tickets this event.
    This has to go to the devs now as a bug report.
    Between time in CS and now a new ticket to devs the event will most likely be over before resolution.
    VERY disappointed.
    I don't blame the CS employees. They have always been awesome. Their SOPs need to be fixed.

    "Unfortunately, due to tool limit ions, we here at Customer Support are unable to assist in this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we highly suggest you submit any information to our developers to look into."

    Then it goes on telling me how to start a brand new ticket to the developers.
    The typo is theirs, not mine. I copy and pasted.

    I totally understand to lack of tools situation...TOTALLY. As well as lack of access. I have been in that situation many times myself.....I did CS for over 25 years.

    Here's what bugs me.
    Why didn't they internally shoot the issue over to the devs themselves. Turns out it is a bug after all.
    - Then tell me they couldn't do anything, but the devs are aware of my problem.
    - Then tell me the devs needed to hear from me and here's how to submit the needed info in a new ticket to the devs.
    - Then not leave me hanging with an "oops, sorry can't help, try these people, bye bye!"

    Now that it goes into the dev queue it appears time will kill my chances of getting tickets.
    I am sure their queue long.
    They are trying to fix the bugs introduced in 33.
    They are getting the kinks worked out for the next chapter.
    Those people are busy!
    Everything takes time.

    Gotta say it.....this really is a bummer.

    So how can support see more tickets than game itself showing?

    No no, i saw when she had that day 0 and used her cake, three tickets in loot but didnt counted. So she still had 0. And I specified that day in support ticket but support saw todays balance and it was different wha suport saw and we in the game.

    Ok, here is what has happened.

    They did investigate the problem and found that I hadn't received the tickets.

    Due to tool limitations they cannot add events tickets to the game.

    I was credited 750 crowns to compensate so I can get the tickets from the crown store.

    If you are having issues guys send a ticket with as much info as possible.

    Times you tried to get the event tickets; the character name trying to collect them and where you where when trying.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno Can you please pass on my thanks to all the CS team that dealt with my issue.

    Congrats, you was credited with 750 crowns so you can buy 3 tickets... My wife missing 3 tickets a get only 250 for all 3 tickets!, CS don't know price of their products or how do i explain it?

    If she replies to the mail she has been getting it will reopen the ticket.

    They should then see the mistake.

    I sometimes think that support don't read whole communication when one ticket doing milions of ppl.
    So we answered that 250 crown ≠ 3 event tickets. Aaaand escalated to the specialized team.
    Ok we waiting for another nonsence reaction from support. But i really hope for someone who will at first read whole communiaction and for second he will complete this. And yes I am angry because they just escalating this support ticket over whole customer support when was enough just add 3 tickets to account at start of loooong communication.
    Wife describe problem completely.

    I don't know if support is being obtuse on purpose; I've sent them a ticket explaining on multiple replies, with screenshots, that I didn't receive the tickets on the second day of the event, and their reply was that I did receive tickets on the first day so everything seems fine...

    They finaly replied after several automatic escalating to whole CS...
    They have some issues with tools so they added missing 500 crows for last tickets so. Wife's problem resolved but after looong time.
