Jubilee Cake event tickets not appearing.

Used my cake got no event tickets.

Have sent in a ticket hope I get them before event finishes and hope the problem is resolved for tomorrow.

Don't want to have to send a ticket everyday.

How long ago did you last get tickets, or is this your first time this year using the cake? Are you using the 2022 version of the cake or a different one?

Used this years cake.

I got tickets yesterday.

For some reason didn't get when I tried today.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. Then I realized I had 12 tickets which is the max. (don't get me started).

This one spoke to Tyr in Tamriel this morning.

He has only three tickets so is not at the limit.

I had to use my cake twice yesterday to get the tickets to be awarded. It worked on the first try for me today.

Is the cake supposed to be in memento inventory? My 2022 cake isn't there to eat today despite getting it the day before.

Yes, same cake as I used yesterday to get the tickets.

It is on my quickbar.

Have used every event cake so I know how they work just so that nobody else asking similar questions.

I have used the cake correctly in the same way as every other jubilee event but got no event tickets.

I have this problem also.
Not gotten any tickets yet.

Yesterday:
- Did quest and received the 2022 cake.
- I had 9 tickets - we can have 12.
- Used 2022 cake from Tools tab.
- Ate the cake and received the EXP buff, but no tickets.
- Used it more than once.
- Used it on different characters.
- Spent 5 tickets so I only have 4 now.
- Rinse and repeat above steps.
- Received no tickets yesterday.

Today:
- 4 tickets is all I have.
- repeated the steps above.
- No tickets today either.

I'm afraid by the time this gets resolved it will be too late.
This will mean I have missed getting the event stuff I want.

I have an appointment I must to go to right now.
A ticket will be submitted after I get back.

FWIW, what time of day, in real life, did you get them? For me, the ESO day resets just after 10:30pm PST. So I could get 3 tickets at 10:00pm then another 3 at 11:00pm, but then have to wait 24 hours to do it again. The tickets are not on the 20 hour clock that random dailies or horse training are on

This one got 3 tickets from the last hand in of jester quest Tuesday morning, than 3 more after work for eating cake.
So not an cooldown, reset time is 6.00 UTC or 8:00 central European time.

I'm in the same boat. Used/'ate' 2022 cake, no tickets today. Definitely not an issue of being at the limited for tickets, since my count was and is 0, after spending all I had yesterday.

Per my contact with support (opened a ticket right away), there is a 20 hour cooldown on event tickets. That's also not relevant in my case, as the tickets from yesterday (4/7) were between 10 and 10:30 AM, and today's (4/8) incident was at approx. 10:30 AM.

I noticed this today on two alts on PC/EU even though they had the boon from the cake active from yesterday, at least 1+ hours on each alt.
Fired up the cake again before crafting for the next alt and boom-chicka-boom the tickets and loot boxes turn up!

Solution? Eat cake before every new day? Wouldn't this be rather tedious?

Something is wrong in Tamriel.

Same here (PCNA): I had 6 tickets yesterday, ate the cake today and didn't receive any new tickets, so I still have 6. I wasn't on cooldown either. @ZOS_GinaBruno please help?

I had issues with the tickets myself, turned out I was eating the wrong cake. Weird the wrong cake gave me the buff, but no tickets. Not saying this is everyone's issue, definitely was mine though. I use the /cake command that LUI adds, and the new cake wasn't registering across all my characters, as a matter of fact some had various different years cakes under the Tools when I looked, which I guess is a AWA thing, so the wrong one came up.

I use controller UI, and go tools->cake, and there's only the 2022 version available there, so impossible to mistake it.

First, customer service is aware of situation so if you send in a ticket you should get a quick reply (Thanks guys).

Next, I got my tickets to work today.

Here's how -

1. Cancelled previous days cake bonus (open character sheet and right click bonus).
2. Traveled to area I knew (asked friend where he got tickets) which for me was Vvardenfell.

I have a feeling that one of the 2 above maybe what is causing some of us issues.

Either zone related or bonus related.
