First, customer service is aware of situation so if you send in a ticket you should get a quick reply (Thanks guys).
Next, I got my tickets to work today.
Here's how -
1. Cancelled previous days cake bonus (open character sheet and right click bonus).
2. Traveled to area I knew (asked friend where he got tickets) which for me was Vvardenfell.
I have a feeling that one of the 2 above maybe what is causing some of us issues.
Either zone related or bonus related.
Thanks for the update! I also submitted a ticket and hope they can help. Did they return your lost tickets?

Did she by any chance have 10 in previous days and then bought something?

Ok, here is what has happened.
They did investigate the problem and found that I hadn't received the tickets.
Due to tool limitations they cannot add events tickets to the game.
I was credited 750 crowns to compensate so I can get the tickets from the crown store.
If you are having issues guys send a ticket with as much info as possible.
Times you tried to get the event tickets; the character name trying to collect them and where you where when trying.

@ZOS_GinaBruno can someone please look at support ticket 220409-001950 and explain customer support, that 250 crowns for missing 3 tickets is not enough? Thank you.
