Got it done on my new account. Surprised I don't get more responses when I offer to help people with this one, it really isnt hard and it's almost impossible to get without a boosting partner.

I would agree if not for how much getting the achievement requires wading through glitches... when I was in Cyro every time I used the pie it wouldn't register. I had the push the Q button multiple times before it registered and by that time the guy was either dead or gone.
Not to mention the lag increase in Cyro, people having trouble even getting into the game, and the event is only a week long. That on top of getting the achievement can be irksome since the kill must be counted for you, and it does not count for assists. I must have assisted in killing a couple dozen players last night, and not once did the kill count for the achievement.
So with everything in mind, I do not mind or blame anyone that chooses to use quicker ways to cheese the achievement at all. Go ahead. It's a silly achievement for a silly title.0 -

While cheesing the achievement with friends kind of looks like Cyrodiil ap leaderboard boosting, if people are just getting their 10 kills and leaving, and it's not associated with a resource/keep flip or defense, it's likely to have just about no impact on emp leaderboards. People have run dueling tournaments in Cyrodiil before which is definitely not normal Cyrodiil game play either, but it also doesn't skew leaderboards significantly.
For the record, I don't have this achievement.1 -

Real battles in Cyrodiil players are too busy trying to stay alive to worry about this.

✭✭By boosting we mean letting someone kill you in Cyrodiil.
In this case you get maybe 5000 alliance points and your ten kills to unlock this event achievement.
The amount of AP is a pittance and has no effect on emperor standings. It has no effect on the Cyrodiil score since we arent taking objectives.
Which is another way of saying "we aren't hurting anyone so why do you care"? All I can think is the annoyed people thought I was talking about Emperor, when I'm talking about Empieror.

Dude just boosting it's not all that easy. Theres major lag with the pie- you have to put your weapon away to throw the pie and that takes at least 2 seconds.
I know one hardcore pvper who did this legit. Took him the better part of a week.0 -

✭Got 2 pied and killed legitimately, got a guildie to let me kill him/her for the last 8. They already had the achievement. I had it on an old toon that has since been deleted, so wanted it back. One of my favorite titles.0 -

This. As I put in my own post, the actual throwing the pie at players is bad enough. It also seems to fail to actually throw it a lot of the times, and doesn't register the Q button. Either or, it's just too hard to navigate the problems with it to not cheese it.0 -
