And still in my opinion it's not good to have 4 days downtime in a week and no , they hit early morning not night with this timed maintenance0 -

Can you please stick to what you say, it's getting bs the amount of downtime you need.
Better still, do the maintenance at night, at least then it has the least impact on players like 2am- 8am.
2014 and we get this crap, learn from other game companies or fail like so many others have.

✭✭I think they should have kept the scheduled maintenance tomorrow, a lot of people in Europe will celebrate the first of May this evening / night, so playing tomorrow morning wont be an option anyways.
But ya a few minor´s cried and now we have a server down today, guess that's life. Hope it wont be that long, I have a day off now and wouldn't mind playing a bit before we leave to the May parties.0 -
Hexanon✭✭Again more communication. You assume it's due to Lag but for all you know it's down for a 'Let's just mess with you' reason. I mean the amount of information is appalling. I would except a more fully formed and well-thought out message. It's called customer service when you communicate honestly when things go wrong.
'The server has been taken down to address the reported lag issue etc, etc etc' will go a long way to make people happy. When confusion is likely to occur (as in maintenance on Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri) let people know. Is today Maintenance or an emergency? If either why? Is tomorrow still on knowing what we know today? Is Friday likely?

If its 5 Am at one place, its 9 AM at another.
I am not sure why they changed the maintenance from tomorrow to today, tomorrow is a holiday day and most people will indeed not play in the morning hours. That's why its so strange to swap the maintenance window to today.

Not all brits/EU people are like him but replying like that just proved your just as bad as him, "Grass is greener on the otherside".
Also you don't know that alot of other players will be 9pm to 2pm for them on eu server, this is why they need to do timeline servers to suit those players.

KittybearSoul ShrivenGues I'am the only one being happy the server is down, I only get to sleep when it is, or have time to read the forum. Also it's a good time to do some shopping for suplies for none stop gaming when the server is up again. And a good time to eat, I'am happy Zenimax thinks about me and makes me eat and drink regulary.
Yes i know i shouldn't troll and get a life, on that point back to real life and go shopping, cya all back in the game when the servers are back up.

I am not european, i just find you type of people arrogant, that's it. So you mean educated americans trying to educate ignorant europeans with their BST so ignorant europeans will not get confused, am i right? It is 5 AM only in a small part of Europe mate, so called "European Server" maintenance mostly take place at 6-7 AM in most countries. That's a start time for maintenance. Try to understand people's frustration, the people who choose to play on NAtest server namely European server have their rights and valid points about complaining.
