Look, all I know was they said Friday was going to be the day once a week they scheduled patches for.
Can you please stick to what you say, it's getting bs the amount of downtime you need.
Better still, do the maintenance at night, at least then it has the least impact on players like 2am- 8am.

I don't mean to sound nasty but us Oceanic's have been asking for changes since the game opened as we cannot play, and everyone tells us to STFU and live with it..
Now it affects you guys its all of a sudden not cool and bad... one sided much..

At least in the EU, though, ToS aren't binding if they contradict other legislation on customer rights.
There will always be downtime that will affect someone in the worls somewhere at sometime.
The "smart" solution for a gaming company is to look at when the fewest/most players are online, and then schedule their downtimes at the times when they would affect the fewest people.
But at the same time, they will also look at a cost/benefit on when to have these downtimes. Is the cost to high to have X amount of techs in at a ungodly hour to satisfy Y amount of players.
We as players have in some way accept that downtimes fall at weird times for us, and all we can do is ask nicely and proper for them to rethink their schedules.
And off course, we expect them to listen to us, but after that talk has been going on between them and us, we will have to accept in some way that the schedule is as it is, and stop making all these rant posts.
