✭OK, let's redefine my question. What is poor RNG?
There are two types of poor RNG (or poor implementing RNG to be precise):
1) RNG with extremely low chance to get anything (paintings in the chests, leads to gold quality furnishings like Auri-el shrine, especially for second and more copies);
2) RNG that is based on incorrect calculation (for example, calculating chance to get a lead for a particular person taking into account all leads of whole server population) or using RNG in instances without high number of experiments.The Three Storm Sharks, episode 8 released on january the 8th.
