Social Ban on my account, but what category for submitting ticket?

All guild traders just have the 'goodbye' option for my characters, and from what I'm reading it's possible I've mistakenly been given a social ban. I've seen others get this resolved for submitting a ticket but NONE of the possible categories and sub-categories for submitting a ticket seem appropriate. Could someone please help recommend the best category/sub-category to use to have them investigate and fix this? Thanks!

    If you are still having issues with getting a ticket opened, please try starting your support ticket under the "Account" category. Please let us know if that helps get your ticket started.

    Under Account the options are:
    - Account Recovery
    - Change Username
    - Change Email Address

    The only one that may apply is Account Recovery, but when I go under that I have to choose:
    - I can't log in
    - My account was suspended or hacked
    - I'm a parent asking about my child's account

    None of those seem appropriate either?

    Elsonso, that's what I went with as that seems the closest. Just created ticket #:211105-004458
