I don't think it has to be her specifically, but I like the character.

Saxhleel✭✭✭No, but I would like to see a Bosmer companion with a giant yellow spike as hair named the "Adoring Fan". He will be unlocked after you complete the newly added Imperial City Arena questline. Instead of actually fighting, all he does is talk, be annoying, get in the way, and run away. He will constantly mention Azura. I made a draft of this character that should be added. Please ignore my drawing skills.
The only way to get rid of him is to go to an Oblivion gate, tell him to wait there, and close the gate leaving him trapped forever. He respawns automatically if he dies, unlike your normal companions.

And his only dislike should be mountain ridges nearing Skyrim borders.1 -

Yeah, so that is a No.
You can talk to Mirri and Bastian 10 times a day for a month and never gain a single point of rapport.
Outside their quest completion dialog ... nothing either they or you say matters at all to the rapport sytem.
Yes..there is no points gained from regular dialog...but with the personal quests there is dialogs to start it and complete it to gain the 500pts per quest. How would that work out with Remains Silent?
Does she break her silence to ask for help? I am curious as to how that can be implemented on that NPC.
It would be much better off to have an random Argonian with a different background than a known NPC..
But then again it could be worse and have Sun-In_Shadows as a companiion.0 -

This, as in visiting the dark brotherhood with her will be weird.I don't want to see existing NPCs as companions, it's just wrong.
Having her as an house guest however would work.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

It's probably the only companion I would love to have if current companion system remains as it is.
No distraction from companion's useless chat. No silly dislikes (such as negative rapport from looting Butterflies). Okay-ish appearance (since we can't put hats on them).
Even if not Remains-Silent herself, I would love to have companion which has similar personality

So annoying seeing it go backwards when you have to work so hard to get it to go up....
100 days in game, Mirri still isn't half way....
