One of the only things good about console is that crowns go for 100:1 on Xbox. I had 4 million gold saved up from doing paid trial runs so I bought 120 crates and didn't have to spend a penny. So many gems.

I love the wild hunt mounts. 🥰 I can’t decide if I want the horse or the cat. I’m waiting to see if the bloodroot senche or the winter born wolf gets in the May showcase before I buy the apex one 🙂 the Aeylid radiant apex mounts are just too pricey for me anyway. I don’t think they look bad though.

Wild hunt are one of those crates I couldn't say no to.I got the senche,guar,bear and wolf mount.I must say I was lucky I got 2 apexs mounts from 30 crates.

I will if they add custom voices and emotes but not with real money. I'll buy crowns with gold. I already bought the Clockwork Curator polymorph for 6m earlier this year.

Not I, this is a new low for ZOS and at some point you have to say enough is enough.

They make consoles wait for several weeks for a patch to fix things that should not be broken, then they entice players to fork over cash for a really cool item, I hope enough console players don't buy into this and send ZOS a message that this is unacceptable.

Nope, I know when to stop. Shows that they are making a ton of money off of people though, regardless of how it was gotten.

I spent 5.7 mil gold on 25k crowns just to get the spriggan. Didn’t realize it was only female. How is my male character gonna turn into a female? Kinda bothers me especially since I paid so much. Why can’t the Transformation momento to be the polymorph. Looks so much cooler and doesn’t put your character through a sex change. I want a refund really bad but not sure how that works.

Pfft... as someone who knows how plants actually work, humans putting mammalian reproductive anatomy on plant creatures in fantasy fiction bothers me just in general. Plants are very clearly not mammals. Neither are reptiles for that matter, but that doesn't stop the same problem from happening in fantasy fiction reptiles. I'll grant fantasy fiction doesn't have to respect basic principles of biology, but... it annoys me.

I mean, "matron" is a term that refers specifically to a woman, so...

Anyway, for my part I'm highly disgusted that I spent 500 gems - a price that I actually was expecting and prepared to pay, based on the prices of some of the gem-only mounts they've released in the past, though I'm not thrilled by how much it cost - on a polymorph that has just straight up lazy coding. They left the "defaults to male" coding on it, the same that is on the Skeleton, Factotum, and all the other non-"defaults-to-player-character's-sex" polymorphs. So when you dance as as Spriggan, even if your base player character is a female without the polymorph, you do a male dance.

Welp, I guess that does save me from having to fork out the cash to get the gems to buy the polymorph on the rest of my accounts in order to get access to female dances as male characters. And I already had the gems on my main account, just taking up space, so no real loss.

I logged on and immediately saw around 6-7 spriggy poo morphs on wild hunt mounts in Craglorn, felt like a poorper and changed location.

500 gems is a bit costly. I've never managed to have that much.
I often prefer to purchase smaller cosmetic item with them, such as: hats, face cosmetics or emotes for roleplay.

I've had a few people complain about it as it wasn't mentioned if it would in gems when they announced its forthcoming.
Either way, I would personally prefer to see more base game/quest/raid/achievement based items in the game. We play -> we get something in return.

Gem exclusive stuff was never on sale but at some point they may start doing too.

Honestly, I think this game needs some serious gold sinks, like mounts or houses that cost 25+ million gold that you can only buy in game.

Someone mentioned in another thread about people sitting on gems and the 500 gem price are aimed at those people. Give these people something to buy with gold so the gem prices get back under control.
