Just another example of "nice" to have, but don't "need" to have..

The Blazeborn wolf.. looks cool and another example of the amazing talents of the developers and designers of the game. However, 600 crown gems?!! Damn, 400 for past mounts was already too high for my taste; but 600, wow.. ZOS and Zen be high rolling! Ha ha. To me, it is just another thing in the game that would be nice and cool to have, but definitely don't need to have and can live without. Peeps are already out of work, broke and even struggling to pay the rent or mortgage, or barely affording the monthly ESO+. Don't think there'll be too many of this wolf rolling around. If so, it's probably some Wallstreetbets peeps that had made some extra bucks and able to afford dropping some $$$ on the many crown crates needed to reach 600 crown gems. Ha ha

Also, what the hell is the damn bunny costing 1000 crowns?!! It's just a damn bunny! What it do?? [snip] out chocolate Canterbury eggs or something? Ha ha. Come on, man.. and oh, poor arse Bravil Retriever just 400 crowns. Damn bunny should be but 400 crowns! Love the game, though. Love you guys at the ZOS and Bethesda lounges. You all keep up the good work now.

The 600 gem limited time exclusive mounts are meant to be unachievable for most people and serve as a way to drain gem hoarders fast so they have to keep buying like everyone else to continue getting future crate rewards. It's funny cause people complain about not being able to buy radiants outright with gems, but the 600-gem mounts that get released seem to look as impressive as radiants (at least to me).

As for the bunny...idk...but I actually am surprised the bravil retriever which is kind of a fan favorite was so cheap.

For my taste, it's doesn't look good (the body texture + same bad armor as Frost Atronach Wolf and Dark Aeon Wolf have), so I'm not buying it

But I'm always curious about mounts, so I wonder if somebody will make showcase video of his howl

Oh, and there was 600 gem-exclusive mount, which is simple Senche-raht recolor without any effects (even though his tiger fur looks beautiful):

This wolf at least has some fiery effect.

His mouth looks horrible (lower jaw is just poorly made) :'( No fangs, solid bright red color... He really needs model upgrade, or there needs to be new "golden retriever" pet with improved look.

I'm personally not fan of bunnies, but they are considered cute and many people will want such pet. I think it looks well-done, so I understand the high price. My perfect Sep Adder pet costed only 700 crowns back in old days, and I personally think he is "cuteness overload" masterpiece

I'm not really interested in the fiery glowy very gem-expensive mounts. I'll pick up a couple of the less-expensive ones if something shows up that I really want.

What I need is something that's a nice mount (prefer a cat, but not senche-raht) that matches the Cerulean Scorpion pet.

It looks like it's made out of plastic. It reminds me of these toy wolves I had when I was little. But orange. Wolves aren't orange. Anyway, I got it, because I've been playing for years and have gems coming out my ears, but I ain't rich. Probs not going to use it a lot but y'know. Yup, this is my rambling contribution to the thread.

Edit: also hey it still makes ice sounds when it runs, that's weird.

ZoS barely puts anything in game now lol... Reskins and crown creates all we get for fluff. To even make up for lack in game mounts they would have to release a plethora to even match the crown store. But they don't care they want gambling addicts spending money on creates XD.

Yup. You know a game has borked monetization when a developer hires monetization designers in the first place. I'd call that position something else, but I'm quite certain that would get censored.

What's especially galling is that the responsibilities of ZoS's monetization designers is supposedly to "ensure we follow fair and effective monetization practices" with a later clarification that the "fair" part applies specifically to players.

Yeah, been seeing a few rolling around. It looks allright; but yeah, not for the price. I still like my Dragonfire Wolf a bit better. Well, I'm sure the Blazethorn wolf is just a teaser on what other Blazeborn mounts are to come with Blackwood.
