I've been having trouble using transitus because keeps aren't loading on the map when I interact with the transitus shrine, making it difficult to move around.
Also I don't seem to be getting ROTW mails...
The way the double AP is calculated is affecting the ROTW earn rate. At lvl 50 (or so) you get a ROTW every 20K ap, but the double ap bonus is not being added to the ROTW earn rate. You need to earn 20K ap with out adding the bonus. For example, you earn 22K ap + the bonus of 22K ap and end up with 44K ap total. You will only get 1 ROTW not 2.

Anyone saying there is no lag in greyhost during those huge fights must be just zerging and firing off one skill that normally doesn't have problems in lag.
I could not bar swap efficiently, jabs was not working right, beam was not firing off, sweep was not triggering efficiently, etc. If I was in a huge zerg and just heavy attacked and threw a breath of life, i'd have thought it was fine.

When skills work procs are not a big problem. I can avaid people with proc at 4am in 2 pm we boss stand and can not do anything. He can not hit me with procs i can not kill him with HA and skills. Both do not press.
Procs can be cleansed (veteshrain can not...)-if skills work you just remove it and 10 seconds enemy can do nothing.If you can not press skills you stand with proc dots all the time - it really is a pain.

This is true, but ZOS likes cashing the checks from the bad players as much as they like cashing the checks from the good players. Don't look for them to start thinning out the player base any time soon.
Next test => No procs, and groups limited to 12 and group heals only.
If that does not change then there code is 1 big giant pile of spaghetti coded by lemmings.
