We do it pretty often in our trial group when someone dies first or messes up some easy mechanic.

It's not insulting, it's for fun. I've had my share of it too and never found it insulting.

There are several ways to praise or annoy your opponent or friend in game in every game if you want to. I know some find it offensive but I'm just happy you can't do proper trolling in this game.

I've seen it before in trial groups, and I hate it. Literally seen situations snowball into a wipe because some idiot thought he'd be funny and t-bag rather than rez or obey mechanics.
Don't waste 11 other people's time with that BS.

Am I the only one that uses the various sobbing emotes after I kill a failgank and then get out the shovel if they stick around?

Why do people do such a gross thing?

because it makes them respawn faster so they're not relaying information of what your group is doing.

This game literally has a Flip the Bird emote and people are still offended by a t-bag.

I believe it's a sexual act of basically... crouching over your face so their... bits, are on your face.

That's were the name came from. In reality it's just crouching in quick succession over someone's body. It doesn't have to be sexual.

You can do the exact same thing in let's say, smash bros. (Crouching or wavedashing, you don't even need a body).

I had to search and found some videos with in game examples.

This is rather disgusting behaviour in my opinion.

It's a total misinterpretation of "belly bouncing" originally from the game Pokemon.

Often done to players caught "sleeping".

What better way to show your enemy how good you are at PVP after fleeing a 1v1 fight and running to a group of allies who then beat said enemy down with 5+ ult dumps. The tea bag shows you 1v1 really well when you have 5+ people supporting your actions.

I play on console and I have my video clip length set to 60 seconds. I push the 'Share' button and it auto saves the clip so I can report the person at a later date. ZOS has already said it is against their TOS and the person will hopefully get in trouble. Sure, it won't change the type of degenerate they are, but maybe they will go play a different game where they can be an immature troll. I've reported and sent video clips regarding three players just this event. It's almost a game in and of itself. I take immense pleasure from it.

Nothing happens to those players. You can't get rid of it unless you make crouching bannable.

They can always respond that their keyboard or controller died and started doing weird stuff. There is no way to know the truth so yeah.

Ah! I did encounter this a few times.
But I thought people were crouching to make themselves smaller after a battle, so there is less chance of being spotted while regaining health/healing.

I always like to think the best of humanity!

I don’t normally tea bag but when I do it’s because that person really pissed me off.

A real example was yesterday I was in Imperial City farming boss’s. If I see an enemy, I ignore them due to trying to kill the boss unless they are attacking my group mates. But this one guy kept attacking me. So I moved to the next district and guess who was there hounding me. I even snuck up on him while he was busy attacking a mob and waved at him to show him we can be civil. (I’m playing a night-blade by the way.) A few minutes later he ganks me while I was busy with the boss again as we had the boss below 20% health.

So while traveling to next district he attacks me again. I immediately drop into stealth, pop a detect stealth potion, and proceed to find him. Once I did I waited until he was attacking a team mate of mine which he killed and I proceeded to drop him in a snipe/poison arrow combo. After which I tea bagged him. Was that childish of me, yes. But I felt he deserved it.

Had one bowing/saluting after he defeated me. That stranger gained my respect within seconds. You might want to consider that your actions shape the view people have of you. Just saying.

Because symbolic sexual assault is a popular way of showing 'dominance' among insecure young men.

(just like all the 'totally straight' things that happen in locker rooms & frathouses. For 'team building'. /s)

you're really going to do that?
not being funny the forums isn't the place for you to bring that kind of stuff.

I think it unsportsmanlike and undignified. But if anyone has done so to any of my characters, I honestly have not noticed as I’m looking at where to respawn if I’m not in a position to await a rez.

Just like any form of trolling, it is best ignored anyway as any form of response will be taken as positive reinforcement.

Its just misunderstood movement. Example a lot of snipeblades ar new players, that haven't got enough time in PVP enviroment, so as vet PVP player I feel responsibility to give them some tips. I always walk to player and show him how to do crouching, so he can survive better next time. I just do on his body, to make sure he see and understand. Most of the time they whisper me thanks message.

Is useful in BG, you taunt enemy players to focus on your unkillable tank build or waste time whispering you while your team mates go get the objective done.

Particularly useful in chaos ball to provoke the ire of other teams and away from your teammate carrying the ball. Serial knock downs and stuns have same effect lol
