Announcement stream drops not running every 30min

After claiming first crate, every 30min consecutive crates are not popping up. Many other people are trying to say that in chat but chat is being spammed by other things.

laurajf✭✭✭✭For those on PC, open the drops page in a new tab and then you can have the stream running on one tab and the drops page running on another tab to refresh as needed. Then you don't need to leave the stream.
Not sure how it works on the phone, so hopefully there is an easy way to do it for those folks.0 -
Grega✭✭✭✭✭So at least for console users there is an error when trying to claim second crate. And you have to go on a website to get the error. In the mobile app it doesn’t show at all0

✭✭✭✭✭@ZOS_GinaBruno The Twitch campaign stopped exactly at 7:00 PM, even though the stream itself ran longer. Because the campaign stopped, progress on earning crates stopped too.
I've been watching the stream since the beginning, but because there is a little bit of lag with the reward and restarting the credit count for the next crate, it is impossible to get all 4 within the 2-hour timeframe, because each crate effectively takes just a couple of minutes longer than 30 and the credit stopped at 7 PM sharp rather than when the stream actually stopped.
This means that people are left with an almost-completed 4th crate.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

Magrat✭✭✭I claimed 3 crates. The 2nd and 3rd I claimed via the pop up at the bottom of chat and put the comment into chat like it suggested - but neither showed up in my inventory. I only got one. sad.

Yeah it doesn’t work at all in mobile app. For anyone. You can go and claim them on the website, they are visible , but I got an error when I tried, likely because of the way they have them set up from console to be delivered 🤷♂️0 -

Marcusorion1✭✭✭✭I watched from before the start to the very end and received 2 crates and the pet, went to claim the 3rd at 100% and it would not show anything to claim and stuck at 100%. there was at least another 45 minutes of stream left, more than enough for a 4th crate except it would let my timer progress. Going back to Twitch show the same page and error message above " drop was not claimed."

Katastrophia✭✭✭I too had the same problem. Was able to claim the pet and 1 crate and it never showed progress towards another crate no matter how many times I refreshed. I started watching the pre-show and all the way to the end of the show2
