Very strange patch day - No download & no patch notes

Usually I fire up the launcher on patch day and it slowly downloads the updated client. None of that today.

yep, some would say it's intentional, to drive people into buying eso+ because everyone leaves their boxes to open and tons of items to deconstruct in the last day.

CTD wasn't fixed. Today is supposed to be one of the first "incremental" patches to address the crashes according to ZOS.

I sure hope they fixed this mess. I get random CTD's and black screens no matter what I'm doing in game. In over 6 years playing I have never had an issue like this until now. Sigh...1
