This chest became bugged very long time ago - when Thieve's Oasis home was introduced, if I remember correctly. I reported this chest as a bug in game few months ago, together with few more similar chests in other zones... 2 -

✭✭✭There is a chest hidden 100% inside of a rock on the mainland, near the far end of the docks, across from the island in Rivenspire up in the north where the jewelry survey is. I learned it was there because that chest glow perk glows right up through the rock every time I pass it to go swim out to jewelry survey island. It is 100% inside the rock, no bit sticking out, so will never be picked.PS5 NA. GM of The PTK's - a free trading guild (CP 500+). Also a werewolf, bites are free when they're available. You can pick this one, I found it a while back too, and you can pick it even though you can't physically see it. lol1 -

Guess I just haven't noticed them before. I only use to farm when I had surveys to do.0
