Were is the support i havent been able to refine mats with no response (dose support exist?)

hey i have a problem my mats sutch as voidstone ore leather scraps and cloth plants it wont let me refine them they dont show up i have bs level 50 and clothing level 50 with 9 points in each whats happening here it only started since the last patch and i have contacted you with no reply is there even support?

Also please tell us what level are your crafter (player level)?
Maybe there was a stealth nerf in last patch?

well, i just opened one from the website, but i've opened maybe 2 or 3 in-game, and haven't been able to respond to the e-mail they send me.

qw3r7b16_ESOSoul Shrivenyeah no raw materials show up in refine tabs of any crafting tables since patch on monday and it blocks crafting, needs fixing.0
