Me, I'd throw an idiot like him out of my house. I certainly wouldn't pay 2500 Crowns to have him show up
Of course, what I would love to see is my own characters in my home. Wouldn't pay for it. I created them, educated them, fed them, clothed them, outfitted them for battle, brought them back from the dead countless times when they were defeated, and even imagined and composed backstories for some of them. No NPC could possibly be as interesting to me as the characters I've created. Doubtless, this is true of every ESO player who regards their characters as more than gameplay tools

I was not interested in any of house guests they've introduced so far. And this particular NPC feels so uninteresting, that I wasn't even sure where they got him until I saw your screenshot... I don't remember him from doing the quest line

But I was more disappointed in Tribunal acolyte, I found that's he doesn't preach The 36 Lessons of Vivec or Homilies of Blessed Almalexia or The Truth in Sequence
In fact, he says only:

Im sorry what? grander accommodations? well pardon me I did not realize my giant castle that being Bastion Sanguinaris/Dawnlight Princely Palace/Grand Psijic VIlla/Jode's Embrace is less grand then the Palace of the Kings which looks like a cheap hovel compared to these player homes.13 -

No, not everyone thinks so. There are plenty of npcs as interesting as my own. ( I also don't want my characters as houseguests, nor do I see how ZoS would ever implement that).
But I do agree that he is very overpriced... He's 1,000 more expensive than Biro-dar. Our other talkative guest.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!4 -

I'd plunk down another 5k for a board or NPC that gives ALL the daily writs...of course this would dramatically reduce the traffic in a lot of zones, which might make the game feel somewhat empty.

Then again, I'm not invested in the whole houseguest thing - I'd rather just have mounts and Ezabi doing their pathing thing - WITHOUT convo, thank you.
I would infinitely prefer being able to choose some of my alts for houseguests.1 -

Again something has been added to the crown store that is away over priced, so not buying it...again if was a lowe price lot more people would buy and make more money?
