Do YOU Want This Person As a Guest In Your House?

Me, I'd throw an idiot like him out of my house. I certainly wouldn't pay 2500 Crowns to have him show up :p

Of course, what I would love to see is my own characters in my home. Wouldn't pay for it. I created them, educated them, fed them, clothed them, outfitted them for battle, brought them back from the dead countless times when they were defeated, and even imagined and composed backstories for some of them. No NPC could possibly be as interesting to me as the characters I've created. Doubtless, this is true of every ESO player who regards their characters as more than gameplay tools ;)

    I agree with everything you've said :)
I was not interested in any of house guests they've introduced so far. And this particular NPC feels so uninteresting, that I wasn't even sure where they got him until I saw your screenshot... I don't remember him from doing the quest line :/

Irnskar went through an entire reconciliation arc. He's not that minded anymore.

You are assuming that people pay attention to the quests they rush through.

He's not Nariyu or some kind of khajiit, so no. I would 100% wanna see a quest where he gets turned into an alfiq however...

as i do certainly Hate the other races, i prefer female dark elves or obedient male dark elves.
but now that you mention it, yes, i would also love for my own characters to be used also.

Who need that buffoon nord? There was much more interesting persons and friends of ours to invite than him, for example Naryu Virian, Vanos siblings, Neramo.

But I was more disappointed in Tribunal acolyte, I found that's he doesn't preach The 36 Lessons of Vivec or Homilies of Blessed Almalexia or The Truth in Sequence
    In fact, he says only:
    "Greetings."
    "Welcome!"
"I suppose I could use another break"

Just compare him to real Temple Acolytes

While I agree that having your own alts as house-guests is a great idea, ZOS would never go for that unless there is profit in it.
Remember, everything about this game is for profit. Nothing more, nothing less.

What is more are some of his lines are outright disrespectful like this one.

    - "I assure you, while I am happy for a place to stay, I am used to much grander accommodations when I travel. I am the royal scion of Skyrim, after all."

Im sorry what? grander accommodations? well pardon me I did not realize my giant castle that being Bastion Sanguinaris/Dawnlight Princely Palace/Grand Psijic VIlla/Jode's Embrace is less grand then the Palace of the Kings which looks like a cheap hovel compared to these player homes.

No, not everyone thinks so. There are plenty of npcs as interesting as my own. ( I also don't want my characters as houseguests, nor do I see how ZoS would ever implement that).

But I do agree that he is very overpriced... He's 1,000 more expensive than Biro-dar. Our other talkative guest.

I agree OP...I don't think I would invite any Nord into my home, least of all Prince Inskar. I hope Svana has the sense to keep him at sword's length.

SPOILERS ALERT... if you progress further in the questline, you will find that he completely changes his mindset to become a better leader, more open-minded person and stops being that milk drinker he is.

I'd rather have functional Daily Writ Board furnishings (or anything practical) than more NPC's that you probably won't remember.

I'd plunk down another 5k for a board or NPC that gives ALL the daily writs...of course this would dramatically reduce the traffic in a lot of zones, which might make the game feel somewhat empty.

I don't have any use for any of the EP "principals". Irnskar is an.... inept idiot (and Jorunn isn't any better). So yeah, not interested in Irnskar as a houseguest.

Then again, I'm not invested in the whole houseguest thing - I'd rather just have mounts and Ezabi doing their pathing thing - WITHOUT convo, thank you.

I would infinitely prefer being able to choose some of my alts for houseguests.

While I would never personally wish a Nord in my home, I at least can appreciate that he's an established story character. I hope they introduce more characters from quests.

I wish we had forum members, mods, or even streamers as special NPC houseguests.
I'm sure people would buy a limited edition "Alcast" houseguest

I don't want any house guests tbh. All they do is stand around and do nothing. At least the merchant and banker serve a purpose.

I completely agree and I hope it's a sign we'll get more story characters down the road. I personally want House Ravenwatch. Especially since (Markarth spoiler)

Yes I would like to have all the house guest they throw at us, but im not paying 2500 crowns for it. No.

Again something has been added to the crown store that is away over priced, so not buying it...again if was a lowe price lot more people would buy and make more money?

Maybe its the tatic that they seel it and "full wack" now and then when it comes around again people will buy it a lower price, rining it out as much as they can get for one item, problem is it puts me off straight away and dont bother looking if it's reduced in the future...
