✭✭They did mention in the most recent interview a couple of months agao that this is not even on the cards at all. They know people want it but it's a big fat no at the moment. Due to the simple term or phase "underwater content wasn't big in skyrim or obivion" (not a direct quote but something along those lines)...I wish we could as well...
Would be cool swimming around shipwreck's collecting treasure and finding more what goes on in the waters -hints at the mermaid statue in Anvil- and all manner of stuff....hey you never know tho!

Idk how many bar swaps have never swapped even though i hear the audio que.
Ulitmate drain to zero, as if i had used it, then refund back to where i previously had it.
Skills that are locked out on a cool down even though they never fired off the 1st time.
Potions that are never drank even though i recieve an audio que to indicate that it was.
Mounting and dismounting my horse. I cant believe this has gotten worse and worse as the game has progressed.
I hold block and i have a good second or 2 delay.

They could go a full year without DLC as far as I am concerned if it meant the game worked at the end of it. Heck, I would buy the game again at that point.0 -
