[BUG] Imperial Physique 5th set bonus not working

Good evening,
I decided to invest my Telvar stones into this set, and I am running into an issue. Just to clarify, the 5th set is:
“While you are in Imperial City, you tap into the power of the Tel Var stones you are carrying, increasing your Health, Magicka and Stamina by 6972. While you have a 4x Tel Var Stone multiplier this effect is increased by 600%”
Basically I am getting only the 6972, even though I am carrying 10k+ stones and have 4x multiplier. I am of course in Imperial City. Prior to creating this topic I tried to research old posts, where people advise to unequip the set and equip it again, deposit stones and then taking them back, relogging, killing more enemies, but at this point I don’t know what to do, I just can’t make this 600% to work.
Does anyone have similar problem? I am on Xbox.

✭✭✭✭✭Weird suggestion, but try with 100 stones and see what happens. With double Tel Var during the Imperial City Event, who knows if something strange is happening where 4x is appearing as 8x behind the scenes or something. In which case, 2x might really be 4x right now.1 -

If this set's base stats increase was like this, and then increased by 600% more... Absolutely everyone would run this set
If you have 10k+ stones in your inventory, the set tooltip already shows you 600% increase for your stats, in the first sentence of the set's description. Second part of description becomes irrelevant
I never used this set on live, but on PTS in worked like this. If I didn't have 4x multiplier of tel var, it showed me ~700 stats increase in tooltip.
Just to be sure, have you tried to deposit some of your tel var in bank, just so you have less than 10k in your inventory? Then you should see basic stats number in the set's tooltip. If you see such huge numbers even then, it's a weird bug for sure

When I first discovered the set I was already carrying 10k+ stones, so I assumed it’s 6972 x 600% ^^” I wasn’t aware that the tooltip changes.
