Blue Light ID Requested

Can anyone identify this blue light? I noticed it during the Scarlet Judge quest in Vvardenfell and I'd like to buy/craft them for my home.

@ZomZom The model itself is Hlaalu Salt Lamp, Enchanted, however players have no access to that particular colour. The default colours for this lamp are dark blue, green, and red. To get a similar effect you would need to fiddle a bit with dreamshards or other glowing light blue crystals and "cobble" this particular colour yourself.

@ZomZom , you can set the colours by repeatadely using the lamp. They don't change on their own if that's what you asked about.
