What a great idea!
We don't even have the Cyrodil dailies to give other chances for a daily quest.
I am sure this will make many PvP players happy as the have lots of targets. Why fix the bugs in PvP whe. You can generate lots of easy targets instead?

When you have to game an event (do dailies and bank them) in order not to have to endure that event, there is a problem. Forcing people to go to Imperial City is not going to make them want to do PVP. The fact that PVP is all but dead except during these events, should be an indicator that this approach is not working.
This is not meant to be a bash PVP post. PVP needs their events like PVE does. Just stop trying to force PVE players from having to go to a PVP zone for PVE rewards. Conversely, offer PVP items and rewards only in PVP zones so that PVP players do not have to play PVE. For those who want to do both, make sure PVE and PVP events do not happen at the same time.

Why have an event in a zone that is clearly not popular?
And you can do it in normal.dinokstrunz wrote: »The dungeons are super easy nowadays, so you aren't really forced to pvp.

No. I have this thing called sleep....
This even greatly limits the scope. Someone said to just do things in Cyrodil, but that is not an option now.
We also just had a PvP event very recently.
I will try the dungeons again, but I thought one or both of those were the ones I kept dying on the final boss to things that surprised me. Those are an acceptable alternative if these are not two of the hardest normal dungeons.
And I can do dungeons, just not some of them. Sorry if that means I need to L2P in the eyes of many.
I am still part of the audience and pay my money to play. Pushing all PvP into a small area (6 zones) where gakers can camp quest points is a very bad idea.

Gaming the system is a new one this year, due to the event tickets being tied to the dailies.
Last year, all we had to do was kill a boss in Imperial City, or finish the dungeons. Oh, the woes and lamentations from people who hated PVP but just wanted quick tickets from the Imperial City bosses!
Oh, right, no one was being forced to PVP. Not last year and not this year either.
If you don't want to PVP, run the dungeons! You'll get the same event rewards (minus double Tel Var). Don't whine when you come to a PVP-enabled zone for quick rewards and *gasp* PVP happens.

adendum to if you decide to do the quests now, or during event. occasionally, not often but occasionally - there will be players that will farm you even knowing that you have no tel var to take. because some people are... like that. if you respawn, go back to where you were doing the quest and get killed by the very same ganker who JUST got you, and so they know you have no tel var to spare - you have several options.
