Error 326 character locked (with no reason )

i was doing some quests when the game stopped and said " error 307 booted from server " and then when i log back and tried to log into my character i got this " error 306 character locked " .
-So no reason to get locked

but is the only character that i have that issue, pls help me // ticket 200716-009611

(btw, how much time takes to get an answer ?)

    Hey @ZOS_Adrikoth , could I get you to check on ticket number 200729-006087 please? Although it's not urgent, I had originally submitted it on July 29 and have received a few responses. I made my last response Tuesday evening and have not heard back yet, although it says my ticket was opened and modified Wednesday Aug 5 nothing was ever said on either end, and I just didn't want it to be placed at the bottom of the que again without ever responding to it. Thank you!
