Idea for an Antiquity Mount

I was thinking about other kinds of mounts you could do that require you to dig up fragments. I came up with this: collecting bones in order to assemble an Arvak-like mount.

Another idea: this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce another reptile type mount, or some other kind of primitive creature. It'd be a paleontological endeavor!

    Unfortunately, I have to agree :/ And there are more recolors of Dwarven mounts datamined, which can last for years as new rewards for antiquities... This means that we will not get ability to color our mounts in ESO :(

    And we just got new Ram mount, which is literally Elk/Indrik with partially changed model (added fluff, changed head, new armor etc) and sounds. They didn't even make new "rearing up" animation for Ram, this is so sad :|

    Please, add ability to use all new idle animations on every mount!

    Please, fix the bugged lights! They ruin visuals of environment and mounts.

    Oof, really? Has there been a new datamine? I hope that's not all they have planned going forward. Personally speaking, I'm not really interested in the dwemer mounts. The horse amuses me faintly, because it reminds me of Stridor, but it doesn't amuse me enough to want to get one.

    I'm not fond of those mounts where they've butchered the standard fare animals to make them suit an unrelated theme. I think the lizard mounts were the most ridiculous manifestation of that. The dwemer crates should have been filled with different kinds of spiders and wheely bois imo.

    It's unfortunate to hear about the ram. I had high hopes it would at least have a unique animation. It's cute, but it's not enticing me enough.

    One head, four legs, maybe a tail and a body to hold them all together. Not much you can do in the way of variety there. That said compared to the Indrik the Ram has shorter stouter hind legs, a more muscled rump, a slightly more slanting back and more girth overall. The Indrik is taller at the shoulder and more sleek.

    An already existing mount that some of us had zero chance of getting from crown crates so yay for being able to actually work for one instead! :D

    That's great! To be clear, whatever my own feelings about the mount are, I'm glad that people have the opportunity to earn something they like!
