Hi, can you please look at ticket# 200618-007450?

I wanted to update it with specific info, but did not see an email to reply to --- and it's being forwarded to another area per the agent.

Can you please confirm that the updated area received the updated info I sent? (If you read through it, you'll see from my own account I am unable to create/view/update web tickets -- I can only create them from in-game which is strange).

    I did confirm the other day as requested -- are you able to let the agent know that's working on it?

    As part of verification they asked the exact amount of my gems/crowns available and I have been wanting to use some but haven't because then that will change the numbers I gave them.

    Edit: And I just realized I have received one of the Twitch Drop crates (finally wooo!! lol) --- so don't even want to open that in-case it changes the amount of gems.
