    Yes.
Yes - and i don't mean crafting stations and such.

I visit my main house a lot, because
    1. you can port in for free and
    2. I use two big storage boxes as a platform to exchange stuff between my characters.
It may help It's a very practical location: I have the Alinor Town House so it's very close to mechants, bank, wayshrines, crafting stations, daily quest givers and the like. I also like the street layout of Alinor a lot.

Would be nice to be able to organise stuff in houses, like dinners that give group buffs before doing dungeons or trials.
Or things like minigames that you can actually play with a friend.
Or like people suggested: a small herb garden.
    Stuff like that.

And: please add doors to the furniture options/recipes!
They already exist - so how hard can it be?

And outfit stations in more styles so you can put it next to your wardrobe.
I also like the new version of the provisioning station a lot!

I’d say to also let us PLACE OUR CHARACTERS as if they are furnishings in our home.
That way we can see all of our characters at once, and the home can feel more lively.
    That would be FANTASTIC!

Would be nice to have more interaction with other players at homes, such as plates of food you can actually interact with and eat. More games you can play with other players at your home such as mini games. Like chess or checkers

I typically don't use my many properties for anything other than (1) free wayshrines, (2) places to dump furnishings I've picked up, (3) places to wait for my bounty to dissipate, and (4) places to park my characters when I'm not using them.

Nevertheless, I think it would be a bad idea to add things like crafting writ job boards and crafting writ turn-in crates to player housing, because if you can do just about everything you normally do in a typical day of gameplay without ever leaving your house then what's the point of even logging in to play? I nean, where's the fun in that?

On the other hand, I would like to see more furnishings you can interact with, as well as display cases where you can show off certain treasures, such as those monster parts you can find by killing monsters except then all you can do with them is sell them to NPC merchants.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

My 2 cents: the ability to grow flowers in a garden with dirt from excavation (region specific, 3 quality tiers) and seeds from new AND old nodes. (Again, regional, delves, normal dungeons, ) Craft potted plants as furnishings.

Heck even add monster guts for fertilizer...

I need a real job, ZOS. (Call me)

And from that bit alone comes more ideas, if you get the idea. Have other people visit any and all residences. This will nourish your game.

    Lub u.
    That's it, that's all.

    No and yes.
More cosmetics and increasing the furnishing limit, sure.

But I dont feel like housing should give more advantages and be putting everything you can do in 1 instanced room. It'll make the world feel dead. If anyone remembers world of warcraft warlords of draenor with the Garrisons you'll get what I'm trying to say.

It's fine the way it is, I dont want to see any 'Wayshrines, guild merchants or special merchants like fences etc, writ boards in housing it goes too far. There are certain things you just shouldn't add because it'll ruin the experience.. Imagine majority of the players having a house filled with all the crafting stations etc.. now all the major hubs are empty there would barely even be a reason to spend so much on a guild trader in those zones aswell because not many people will visit it anymore.

Think of the bigger picture and not just ''Oh I want this in my private instanced room so it'll save 5 seconds of my life''

Although i agree with you I also do think that riding lessons and writs on 9 characters takes A LOT OF TIME every day.
30 - 45 minutes (incl loading times) just to do this very basic stuff is a bit much so I can imagine very well that people want to shave off as much from this time as possible.

I do indeed wish we could do more with our houses. Yes the furnishing system can keep you occupied for countless hours, however there comes a point when you are finished more or less. Either because you are content with the appearance of your home, or because you are at 700/700. Right now I mainly visit my home to add some cool new item, like a new statue or antiquity furniture etc. But that is pretty much it, except for some quick crafting since I have all stations in one spot.

In any case, if we could do more in our homes it would give them more appeal. I like that suggestion about a sleep buff, sounds great! Also that about having a garden where we could grow our own herbs and what not, great idea!

Also related to this topic, ZoS pleeeeease increase the cap. You add more and more furniture to the game, that means you have to increase the cap beyond 700. That limit worked when housing was new, it doesn't work anymore.

I would love to see the following additions to housing:

    1) More Item slots
    2) PVP enabled houses with a tabard system to allow for group vs group vs group etc.. similar to the BG system (if it can be tied into guild tabards even better)
    3) Placeable grappling hook points like the Harrowstorm dungeon.
    4) Herb / Food / Mats system - e.g. an extra hireling at minimum (place a mine, place a farm etc and you get a mail each day)
(for a more involved system i'd rather see it open world to encourage people to gather).
    5) Assistants for crafting obtainable via questing/writs - can help you speed up research times, lessen the cost of upgrade mats etc.

Yes, I would like to see stuff like this too.

I also would really like to be able to fish in my ***.es with water. They should spawn fishing holes that match the zone they are in. If it's only one or two per home I don't think it would upset the balance of the outside world.

    but no

I expect all crafting stations accessible from a single crafting station.
I expect said station to 1m square. light enough to carry on ones back or fit in the basic free to obtain rooms.
I expect said station to also include transmutation, outfitter, wayshrine and horse trainer.
I expect to get said station for simply putting up with the bovine excrement.

I wouldn't mind this being implemented somehow. Of course, they would need to disappear when you log in as them.

It would be awesome if when you logged off in the home, your char would remain as you left them (idle emote, sitting, etc.). Of course first theyd have to fix being able to pause without interrupting an emote...

Housing was wrongly implemented in my opinion. It has been implemented as a player based gold and money sink (which is not unexpected considering the business model). In my opinion, it should have been focused on guild housing only. Such that guilds can use their guild gold to buy houses and housing items at high prices or as a shared reward for completing certain guild based achievements (such as completing certain trials 100x for a unique guild house item).

Farming housing options like fields that yield cooking materials every 12 hours or on a gradual timer like corn, flour, rye etc, maybe a rabit cage that yields white meat and clean pelts, a red meat pen, fishing holes make it a magic portal rune that spawns fish from specific regions fishing holes in your house if placed in a body of water. Maybe toss in a few trader boards for like major city guilds traders heck make one for each zone so a player can browse guild store from home, a writ board with turn in option.
Make all of it both crown and writ voucher stuff or even achievement furnisher stuff could toss in the impresario etc id use my house alot more it it was more than just something to look at.

It wouldn't be bad in any way, if you could get some kind of short temporary buffs from things in your house, a little like the Ayleid wells, lighting fires for "wilderness noobs" and such. Maybe primarily an XP gain buff would be a thing, perhaps from somehow interacting with your bed.

And no, that would not be "pay to win", as houses are free, and objects required for this could be gained from Antiquities or whatever ("Dat mäkes it paj to vin!", no it does not - and why would you even care about winning or not, if you don't buy new content? You can beat Fungal Grotto II without any 10 minute temporary buffs).

I go to my Hakkvild's place pretty often. I got all stations and such there; and call me superstitious - but I always refine materials there, as I'm pretty positive it gives a better droprate on golden materials. I also do a dummy crushing session or two, sort out recently farmed gear (compare traits to the ones I've saved in chests, and scrap what I don't need) and so on, while waiting for friends to get ready or whatever. I don't really need to go there, but it's a good starting and finishing point for me.
