I tried a char that logged out in Western Skyrim as well as one that was in Vivec City. Stuck, wait, kicked, retry, 304, reloading loader, stuck, kicked...1 -

Even if this is a 'high volume of players' issue, you should've prepared for this, it's release day or a brand new chapter, of course there's going to be a high volume of players.@AWinterWolf, PC EU.

Experience has taught us that unless EU players keep making a fuss they tend to fix the NA server, declare success and vanish into the ether like that NB who's cloak actually worked that one time - keeping the thread civil yet active is the only way to maybe get to play again sometime this month.GM - Malazan
