Nightblade nerfs

    Stamblades that build to gank and avoid fighting are gonna be weaker than the players they are trying to kill.

    Stamblades that build to be a brawler are very strong. They can stack the most amount of damage reduction but you are now stuck battling it out like most other classes.

    Biggest nerf to stamblade next patch will be the bash changes. Class already has almost no dots and next patch they lose 2-3k burst damage. Bad pressure , trash heals, broken cloak, delayed burst on its two hardest hitting skills and now less burst damage. Actual meme class.

    The nightblade especially the mage blade are in terrible shape in pvp. The only class I know I can reliably kill on my mage blade is....wait for it....Another night blade. I feel I have to work 1000 times harder on the NB to get anywhere close to the results on any other class.

    Dark Cloak needs to be way stronger healing wise. Honestly since you are giving up stealth to get it the heal should scale of highest stat not just health.

    The Spectral bow just needs a rework all together pvp wise. Trying to reliably land 5 light attacks with the stam dodge roll forever meta going on??? Surely we could change that to 5 attacks in general not just light, or come up with a new mechanic...

    Healthy offering needs a rework. Who uses this??? How often do you actually see nightblade healers??? It should be a very heavy heal over time. The health cost needs to go. Night Blades need a more reliable heal. Call it blasphemy, but I would be willing to give cloak the streak increasing mana cost treatment if the night blade had more base survivability. Perma cloak is cheesy, but there is nearly no other option. Honestly there are a lot of counters for cloak now days anyway. I am not advocating for Breath of life here...I think landing some good heal over times and having to mix in some stealth for a invis build would be great. If you go Dark cloak and are giving up the ganker aspect to be more of a brawler you should actually get that feel....

    I love the theme and pace of the class, The animations and effects are top notch..... It fits the vamp theme I have going. I just would really happy if it worked a tad better.

    Anyone who says that never played the old master destro - yes it in theory always stunned but on a highly telegraphed slow projectile which made it more random than the new suprise attack mechanic is. In fact it was worse in that master destro mostly stunned only when the enemy wanted to be stunned. Yet still ppl thought it to be op. The only thing that will save veiled strike from that is nb being pretty subpar in every other regard at the moment.

    Edit: The same arguments all you nbs make now has been made regarding master vs frag stun way back.

    It wasn't in theory master destro with flame reach would stun, it always stunned when it hit and they did not have CC immunity. With the way SA and CW works on live we have a way to make it stun when we want it to or when we want it to NOT stun. With these changes we still in a way can choose when it stuns as a opener attack but with the changes it adds a random factor that works heavily against a class that relies on timing and combos to secure kills when engaging a enemy in a fight and not strait up ganking.
