AN MMO WITH GRIND?! ::shock::
One of ESO’s earliest beneficial traits was that it is extremely not-grindy as compared to most other MMOs like Everquest or Runescape. Could you imagine the uproar if ESO suddenly took over 20 hours of grinding to level up something like the provisioning skill?
No one likes grinding in this game, and those who like antiquities will make gold from furnishings they discover. That should not mean that the greater playerbase should have to farm something that they might find unenjoyable for an excessive amount of time. I’d personally hate being forced to grind out daily quests for example in order to get something I wanted for my playstyle.
Point being that the exceptionally grindy things in this game are either cosmetic rewards or something you can buy from someone who grinded it out of enjoyment or desire for gold.
OMG, Everquest. It was a grind just to regen mana. Cast all your buffs and sit down and meditate for 10 minutes. Actually that was an amazing, amazing game. It got me hooked on MMOs.
Anyway, I'm working on Master Angler. Mythic items cannot be worse than that.

If they wind up being super game breaking things in the future, then are they going to be a “psyjic order skill line” kind of annoying, “legerdemain skill line level of annoying,” or is it going to be “get all crafting 9 traits kind of annoying.
I say annoying as I’m certain anyone who wants this gear is not looking forward to hours spent playing mobile phone games on ESO to get it. Any idea how long it will likely take?

Drop in the bank, retrieve it from the bank on a different char?

Oh, and there's a chance that you might destroy a mythic item while you're digging it up.
So, I think I'll pass.

best part.
spent days to level. spent weeks to gather the leads.
try digging it out.
got distracted. network issue. laptop out of battery. baby poop.
bam.
mythic item destroyed.
goodbye Malacath Ring.

good question.
can I have 2 Malacath Rings so my StamDK runs around with +50% damage?

I think for each character, you can only wear one mythic item...
