At this point, I'm assuming not including the baseline number in the patch notes is kinda a joke.
Someone on PTS please, tell us poor console folk what the baseline crit resist at lvl 50 (CP160?) is. I will be eternally grateful.

1350 does seem high.
The 2/3 nerf to Impen loses us 602 Impen from 7 gold. We would net 748 Impen in 7 gold with this change. Seems high for sure.“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”0 -

They do want us to run different traits that's the whole point.
You will still want to run a couple of impen pieces though.7 -

Yeah I am thinking 4 well fitted and 3 impen, so it works in no cp. I am worried about this though... You can block cast for a long time with this I'm pretty sure my Stam regen will be much stronger than my sprint cost even in no cp.
Don't get me wrong I am excited for the build possibilities and encourages more skilled game play as you need to do more to be tanky.0 -

I wanna stack up full Sturdy, block cost reduction glyphs (are those still a thing in some form?), and run Frost Staff front bar with 1h/shield back. ✭Good, other traits are viable now. I'm sick of armor traits not being viable for build tuning in PvP. If well-fitted over-performs in light of this then nerf well-fitted a bit.2 -

That doesn't work. Block Cost reduction glyphs only work with stamina. So you would need a strong source of stamina, good luck making a viable magicka block build with somehow same damage as staminaclass representative for the working class, non-cp, bwb and Trolling1 -
