Okay Zos just confirmed my suspicions by ingame dialog. We are going to Cyrodiil next year.

Many cities are needed for a Chapter. Bravil and Leyawiin are too poor for content of this size.
A line going from Bravil to Mir Corrup via Ato seems to me possible. With Leyawiin later in Q4 DLC.

But again, the current Bravil needs to be reviewed. It is only a Breton town that we see ... Walls and buildings.

honestly i cant wait to play a PVE version of Cyrodiil. that place have a huuuge pve content potential, including the imperial city.
And thankfuly it can be done by simply copy the regions, and imploment them fine, while the pvp version of them remain phased with que up system. just as it is now.

I do think they are going do to Bravil and Leweyiin and those will likely be part of the pve chapter they might do. Then at some point we will see Skingrad and the areas around it.
Since Lower Nibenay is bigger I expect that would be what they do for the chapter but I could be wrong.
I'm sure Zenimax has it planned out here on how to include both Bravil and Leweyiin.

I am feeling like Bravil will be another Cheydinhal in some future Cyrodill expansion.

My bet is "ESO:Blackwood".

Major cities: Leyawiin (Sai Sahan liberated this city in Aquilarios uprising against Leovic) and Gideon (Argonia) and maybe Bravil.

TBH I'd rather have Blackwood be able to connect to each other by land. so you can walk to it.

Well given the river that separates the Bravil and Leyawiin from Blackwood. Going by the lore and how its situated. I'm sure they would have bridges that cross the river in a few places if they did that for the chapter. I'm guessing these bridges could be lifted up somehow like pulling a lever and the the bridges go up for ships heading into Bravil. Should be interesting to see how they do all that if they do it and I'm pretty sure they are going to do it because its one part of Cyrodiil they can do along with Skingrad that has not been done for the pvp zone that is open for new content. I'm really looking forward to it imperials needs so much more then what they have been getting.

The area with Leyawiin could possibly include Gideon ... A commercial story since the two cities have reached an commercial agreement.

But I see Bravil and Leyawiin very badly in a single card. Then they would be at the two north and south ends of the map. But we would then exclude Ato and Mir Corrup. In the end, no TES allowed us to export these two cities.

Whether Murkmire, Southern Elsweyr or the Reach, the Q4 DLC map has always had the same shape... Maybe an idea of how the Q4 2021 DLC will be.

Sorry, my English is very bad.

The map I published above is just a, personal, vision of what I think will be close to what will be.
Gideon may be included in the map with Leyawiin. Especially since there has been a commercial agreement between the two cities since recent events. However, I would have preferred to have the original map of Murkmire for Gideon (find the facts of the fourth Legion during first Era).

Bravil and Leyawiin in the same map is difficult for me. The two cities would then be at the north and south ends of the map.
On the contrary, if we have Bravil-Ato-Mir Corrup in the Chapter, that would make three big cities well spaced in the map.
And Leyawiin, isolated to the south, would have its own Q4 DLC area.

Originally, Nibenay was to be cut into three parts. Just as the Gold Coast was to include Sutch.
