Is it normal that i leaved a ticket on help.bethesda, and it's alrdy been almost 5 days but "my support" keep telling me that "You currently don't have any tickets". I'm confused, i don't understand if someone even recieve my ticket while i keep waiting for it so much... Can someone check it please?
