And? not sure you have noticed but April Fools is like 1 day from now, I would be more inclined to believe them if they revealed it after the day as opposed to just before because right now I am not too sure who to believe.
After all of the crap ZOS has put their players through recently, I'm sure they know better than to perform an April Fools joke on something the community has been asking for for a long time. Nonetheless, I'll quote you back here when you're proven wrong, Negative Nancy.

Seriously? Grow up. If its true, it simply allows you to change the alliance of one character, presumably so (in my case) I can play on my first character for my chosen alliance (DC). That's all. So my (first character) Dunmer NB would now be a blue, instead of being a red, and will remain a blue, or a yellow, or whatever faction you change it to.
