hello, im returning after a few months break and i see that i have an email saying that my account has been locked and i got the message saying they have "temporarily deactivated your account" i cant even log into check anything i just get the message saying i have been suspended, and i cant sumbit a ticket because it needs my log in details BUT I CANT SUBMIT IT BECAUSE IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED please help ! this is really frustrating
