I like the Thieves Oasis, but would not buy it with the sandstorms. Too annoying and distracting. Also, the huge waterfall that barely makes a splash is immersion breaking.

To provide an alternative view point, I love the sandstorm - please don't remove it from this home.

If it would automatically turn off when in decorating mode, I would like it, too.

As much as I appreciate you putting all that effort in to say "combine all the furnishings," and as much as the item cap does frustrate me, that doesn't remedy my biggest issue as a roleplay guild leader: I can't cram 60 people into a 24-person housing. I can ruefully make a painfully low item cap work, but I can't finagle my way through to stuff more people into housing than is possible.

Yes and I appreciate your predicament, too.

But, it is what it is, at this point.

They know people (most people!) want cap increases, but they have said they can't increase them.

Or, rather, they said they couldn't increase them before the re-upload and would have to see if they could, after it.

So, all we can do is try to figure out workarounds, for item limits, until they increase the limits (if they ever do).

I haven't tried to think of any workaround for player caps, though.

Maybe limiting the number of people duelling, at any one time, would help?

Or maybe not allowing duelling, at all, once there are more people in the house than the current cap?

If people are just standing around RPing a house party, for example, I can't imagine that would cause the same kind of strain on the servers/people's hardware as 24 people duelling?

By the way, there was really no need to [snip] my post.

Yes, I went into detail, but the main reason it was relatively long, was because I leave gaps in between my lines, to make reading easier on the eye.

As opposed to cramming it all together, like I'm writing on paper...

Considering that for most performance is even worse after the "performance update," I'm even less optimistic that housing slots will be increased... ever.

Yeah, I think you could well be right.
