    1. Stuga of course honestly did the quest to get rid of her. No problem now. The others below I can’t get rid and hear them whenever I visit said places below

    2. When max level writs were all in Craglon I hated these guys, “Corentin Clavarie” and “Tips-the-Scales”.

Tips-the-Scales: "Look, I have this necklace and these rings. They have to be worth something."
Corentin Clavarie: "Get in line. Half the patricians of Elinhir came to Belkarth to sell their valuables. It must be pretty bad over there."
Tips-the-Scales: "Pretty bad? The hedge mages have destroyed most of the city!"
Corentin Clavarie: "Well, I can't give you anything for these."
Tips-the-Scales: "No, listen, my family is well-respected in Stormhaven. I can get you lots of valuables. I just need to get out of Craglorn!"
Corentin Clavarie: "I hear the Gold Coast Trading Company needs caravan guards."
Tips-the-Scales: "Don't you have any heart at all?"
Corentin Clavarie: "You want to cry me a river? Go ahead. Maybe you can float out of Craglorn."

    3. Summerset crafting station in Alinor, one reason I don’t do writs there now is “Curtatos”

Curtaros "My star-eyed bride of Alinor, lost in storm an spray, my star-eyed bride of Alinor, that cruel fate took away."
Wendlain: "That was beautiful, Curtaros. She would have loved it. I never knew you could sing."
Aldotarel: "The old man is full of surprises.

Lyris. If I accidentally pick her in the main story quest, I will mute the game so I don't have to hear her complaining.

There're several quest npc's that I would like to kick, but I don't remember their names.

Really? Interesting. Lyris is voiced by Jennifee Hale who also voiced female shepard in mass effect. Always loved her.

@Wolf_Eye Well that's my assumption. I've only completed the main NE quest line on one charatcer so far, but she can thankfully exit wayshrines in alll major cities without hearing them. In-game logic is probably that after the quest line is completeted the dragons are much less of a threat, just a few stragglers.
But yeah I think I'll get it done on everyone I travel with regularly, just to shut them up.

"Theese one does not know, but he hopes his family is safe."

These are the only two that I legit hate. Because they're EVERYWHERE.

Like dude. You've been whining about this for a full year now. Maybe if you LEFT the wayshrine areas and actually went to check on your family, YOU'D KNOW WHETHER THEY'RE SAFE. And when you get the Elsweyr, maybe just stay... there. For the love of all things holy, STAY THERE.

ZOS, are you ever going to remove these two NPCs from like every wayshrine ever? We get that Elsweyr is a thing at this point.

I actually went to riverwood looking for khajiit that live there so i could murder his family i got that annoyed with him.

Long live Queen Ayrenn! But her dialogue can be a little cringy :#

Why would she tell my random orc self running up to her in Auridon "In the name of the Aldmeri Dominion, I bid you welcome! Hmm, was that formal enough? I'm still working on my royal-ese." Doesn't matter how new you are to diplomacy, a royal would not tell a member of the opposing faction "I'm still working on my royal-ese"

Of course Stuga will be the meme answer. But what peeves me even more than "Do you know how much I hate this NPC?" are NPCs who just won't stay dead.

If I've sacrificed Sai Sahan I want him to stay very dead. No, Lyris does not get to come back just because ZOS needs to sell the newest chapter. And darn Razum'dar should be very much buried in that collapsed elven ruin in Reaper's March. None of that nine lives [snip].

I love Lady Laurent and Stibbons. I like seeing the trouble they get into and I loved the Stibbons arc in Coldharbour. They are perfect for one another.

The character that annoys me the most is Queen Ayrenn. Everyone likes to talk about how perfect she is but at the same time just ignore her flaws. If you ask her why she should rule she says it is because she is a high elf and they are smarter and live longer. She is easily fooled by everyone and she created a bunch of her own problems. She is also the youngest of all the potential rulers and literally abandoned her duties to go party/adventure for a couple years, but nooooo she is what is best for the job. She goes on and on about the racial equality but that equality comes with the altmer on top. Gah! I hate her more that Sun-in-Shadow.

NPC doesn’t have to be a prime evil it could just be a really annoying person.

Mine is sun-in-shadow. This quest line lasted way too long and she’s a horrible lizard. All she cares about is gaining power without doing anything. You do all the work for her while she lets her “love” continue to be enslaved. I really wanted to kill her.

Stuga. And the stupid khajiit in Rawl'kha at the stocks. I'm tired of listening to her rant about the wrongdoings of her prisoner while I'm doing my writs.

And it's baffling to me how she's surprised when Naemon snaps. I mean, he stayed behind and did what he was supposed to do and then Ayrenn just saunters in like 'whatever bro, I do what I want'.

Exactly!!! "Yeah my brother and his wife were all set to be King and Queen until I decided to show back up out of the blue. Don't worry, they are totally fine with it." Then they have the nerve to fast track her coronation because she is just so special, while Naemon was starting the long drawn out ritual that all rulers of Alinor have to perform. He did his royal duty and got screwed over for it.

On top of that, the only people that seem genuinely happy about the dominion are the bosmer and khajiit. Just about every altmer you run into wants nothing to do with the war much less their "allies." They just want to be left alone, but nooo Ayrenn knows what is best for everyone.

Naemon got screwed over big time - I think the only thing he did on his own against Ayrenn was that one impulsive act later on. Everyone else just used him to their own ends. Kinda sad.

I would have loved it if Ayrenn made him the Proxy Queen. I wonder if that would have helped....

As much as I agree with Ayrenn philosophically, she done messed up here. Even an absolute monarch (which she basically is) can't push a rigid people too far, especially when she could have made the transition seem more legitimate by respecting Altmer traditions a bit more.

I'm a bit disturbed by the amount of hatred towards "all argonians".

There are a lot npcs that are annoying, but most of them are annoying for trying to give you quests all the time or saying the same line over and over so I skip them and just go for Sheogorath right now. I don't like the new voice actor he got in ESO, his voice goes on my nerves and it along with the rest of his portrayal feel so exaggerated and plain out bad. Doesn't help they keep making him appear everywhere. If they really want to have some daedric prince make an appearance then there are several ones that barely get any lamplight they could use.

Hmm.. Interesting choices. The world we all got into is a terrible place. Here is what I think:

    1. Mannimarco and Molag Bal should be the first to mention: the first for sacrificing us, the second - for attempting to destroy our home.

    2. The lesson we should have taken from that Soul Shriven in Coldharbour (since it is now started with that Hooded Figure questgiver) was that no good deed goes unpunished. But the next annoying thing is that the same time we get back to Tamriel, we have no choice but to go down the very same road again and again:
    - Hey, adventurer! Could you help me with some troubles here?"
    - Yes, sure! I agree before I even know the details! I'm interested in your troubles! And don't even tell me about the reward until I help you with your business! I'll do everything you want!" - says a man who has just recently been lured into such a trap and sacrificed. Hey, writers! Are you sane there? Why have you made us all those waterboys helping everyone around for free? Yes, for free! Deals are not made that way! If you can't create a virtual model of Free Will (well, this is not your fault of course), then give me a comprehensive reason to act like that or to choose those reasons through examining the terms of a deal at least (this one is yours this time). So, the second place I give to NPC questgivers.

    3. Then it goes to the Aldmeri and the Covenant invasion forces. It took much time to bury them all in Stonefalls and in Shadowfen. Hundreds if not thousands of them. The Daggers are even more annoying for they are still controlling the Bleakrock Isle and there is still no quest to take it back. If only the devs could make an abroad Pact campaign, I'd be willing to ravage those Dominion and Covenant lands the very same way they did it to us. And again - "thanks" to the writers for ravaging Morrowind. You couldn't have directed those n'wahs to invade Skyrim or Black Marsh instead or simply stop in Bleakrock or Bal Foyen.. You made those Breton fetchers invade Stonefalls, the most remote province they could ever choose to invade before you have made that Murkmire DLC! "Thanks" for destroying my virtual homeland again.

    4. Necromancers. Sleep is told to be the younger brother of Death. When man falls asleep, he dies; when he awakes - he revives. A sleeping man cannot bear any responsibility for anything that happens in the world while he's asleep, he cannot be judged or shamed, because life is created by motion, a sleeping man cannot live as a man. What these necromancers do is similar to a rough wakening - do you feel any good feelings towards those who get you up early with loud music and some odd demands to do something? I guess not. Necromancers interfere in the natural process of sleep and wake, life and death. They violate the funeral rites to gain some power - to make a formerly sleeping being do what they want. It's disgusting.

And yes, OP, that Argonian slave: I could not understand it either - why should I help her become a House Telvanni retainer instead of becoming the one myself. It's so illogical.. A slave's waterboy - that sounds, doesn't it? The writers could allow us to become those Telvanni without any additional skill lines the same way the allowed us to become Ordinators, but they decided to make us willingly help that Argonian dumb, providing no backstory for such an illogical (for a Dunmeri, Altmeri or any other such a character) option..
