Lyris. If I accidentally pick her in the main story quest, I will mute the game so I don't have to hear her complaining.
There're several quest npc's that I would like to kick, but I don't remember their names.

"Theese one does not know, but he hopes his family is safe."
These are the only two that I legit hate. Because they're EVERYWHERE.
Like dude. You've been whining about this for a full year now. Maybe if you LEFT the wayshrine areas and actually went to check on your family, YOU'D KNOW WHETHER THEY'RE SAFE. And when you get the Elsweyr, maybe just stay... there. For the love of all things holy, STAY THERE.
ZOS, are you ever going to remove these two NPCs from like every wayshrine ever? We get that Elsweyr is a thing at this point.
Of course Stuga will be the meme answer. But what peeves me even more than "Do you know how much I hate this NPC?" are NPCs who just won't stay dead.
If I've sacrificed Sai Sahan I want him to stay very dead. No, Lyris does not get to come back just because ZOS needs to sell the newest chapter. And darn Razum'dar should be very much buried in that collapsed elven ruin in Reaper's March. None of that nine lives [snip].

Mine is sun-in-shadow. This quest line lasted way too long and she’s a horrible lizard. All she cares about is gaining power without doing anything. You do all the work for her while she lets her “love” continue to be enslaved. I really wanted to kill her.

The character that annoys me the most is Queen Ayrenn. Everyone likes to talk about how perfect she is but at the same time just ignore her flaws. If you ask her why she should rule she says it is because she is a high elf and they are smarter and live longer. She is easily fooled by everyone and she created a bunch of her own problems. She is also the youngest of all the potential rulers and literally abandoned her duties to go party/adventure for a couple years, but nooooo she is what is best for the job. She goes on and on about the racial equality but that equality comes with the altmer on top. Gah! I hate her more that Sun-in-Shadow.
And it's baffling to me how she's surprised when Naemon snaps. I mean, he stayed behind and did what he was supposed to do and then Ayrenn just saunters in like 'whatever bro, I do what I want'.

Exactly!!! "Yeah my brother and his wife were all set to be King and Queen until I decided to show back up out of the blue. Don't worry, they are totally fine with it." Then they have the nerve to fast track her coronation because she is just so special, while Naemon was starting the long drawn out ritual that all rulers of Alinor have to perform. He did his royal duty and got screwed over for it.
On top of that, the only people that seem genuinely happy about the dominion are the bosmer and khajiit. Just about every altmer you run into wants nothing to do with the war much less their "allies." They just want to be left alone, but nooo Ayrenn knows what is best for everyone.
