Stuga, as so many others already said. There's some Argonian outside the bank in Mournhold asking if you have a moment every time you pass by too. Foung out it's a really short quest, and that you can have him killed if I don't remember wrong, so you get rid of him easily. ;-)

Really? She's literally the ONLY NPC I have ever really liked in ESO. I missed her for real once the quests were done with.

There are people who hate how she was written and acted.
There are people who detest naive but kind wood elf cliché girls.
There are people who appreciate complex, nuanced characters like that whiny b... Emeric, whom even DC loyalists like me can't stand.

And those people are objectively WRONG! We need Eveli back

I agree with Lady Laurent as my least favourite, like so many before me! Definitely not my type of humour at all.

I'm also going to throw in Jakarn because I haven't seen him mentioned yet. I don't understand what's appealing about a guy who lies to people to get with them then ditches them over and over. I'm glad he didn't do that so much in Elsweyr, but during his Covenant quests I wanted to throw him overboard.

I simply cannot stand Vivec. I fervently wish we could simply remove him from the Elder Scrolls canon.

So you simply want to at least:
- make Chimer stay Chimer with an unwritten history;
- let the Second Empire exist untill 2E 882;
and finally
- to end the history of Tamriel in 2E 882 when Dagoth Ur reawakens?

No Tiber Septim, no Nerevarine, no Third Empire, no Dragonborn and all the Third and Fourth Era events - there will only be the ash storms, Dagoth Ur's monsters converting all the living into the likes of them and of course the Numidium and possibly the Akulakhan. A world the sentient peoples will have no place to live in. There would be a tiny nice battle between Dagoth Ur, Mehrunes Dagon and Alduin (when he emerges from space beyond time)

Moreover, what should we do with all the experience and pleasure we got in TES I-V if they become beyond canon? Legends? Nice try, "Disney". Wasn't it enough for you to spoil the "Star Wars" that very way

? Simply let Vivec play his role, leave Morrowind and go to some other countries if you can't stand him - the Dunmeri religion has no claims to control the world and will not chase you. Better create your own world we all would like to exist in, instead of ruining the one you have not created. It is so Daedric

Yeah, Vivec's divinity seems pretty pointless. I guess I don't understand how he thinks he deserves worship and veneration.

Sheogorath. His voice is wildly exaggerated while his face is bland, expressionless and dead. I sigh whenever he pops up.

Then again, so many of the NPC voice actors have no interest in or understanding of the meaning they're supposed to be conveying that it hardly matters.

Everyone’s already said Stuga so I will default to my first and largest hate characterization-wise: Lyris.

She is just so awful in every aspect. Boring looks, dull backstory, Mary Sue ish, grating dialogue, and let’s not forget she’s Sai Sahan’s SnOw LiLy *barfs*

If she was a throwaway NPC for a single side quest it would be relatively inoffensive, but as one of the Five Companions she gets a lot of airtime that such a weak character just doesn’t deserve. Trying to explore her personality through the original Main Story Quest is like trying to swim laps in a puddle.
