Mine is sun-in-shadow. This quest line lasted way too long and she’s a horrible lizard. All she cares about is gaining power without doing anything. You do all the work for her while she lets her “love” continue to be enslaved. I really wanted to kill her.
I always saw her as misguided, nothing else. She isn't actually a terrible person, she has a well-intended plan, she just... looses her way along the path, thinking the eventual end justifies all the suffering in between.UGotBenched91 wrote: »Mine is sun-in-shadow...
Never had an issue there. I always just accept the message, then let the quest gather dust until I am ready to go there. Such an easy solution, huh?Stalkers.
I always wondered if she was all right in the head... or if she had been egging on her son in this "Rillis" direction to get rid of him so she can find a new husband without "burden"...The woman who gives you some gold for killing her son in a ruin after you tell some fantastic tale about her son turning into some monster apparently. And she just believes you, thanks you and pays you. Doesn't sound right to me...
Well, she was written to be a insufferable cu... uhm... bi... aahhhh... unlikable woman, yeah. Not that Abners sister (Half-sister!) was much better mind ya...Then Clivia Tharn. God she is insufferable. No wonder she married a Reachman. Nobody else wanted her!
He deserved it!UGotBenched91 wrote: »You were probably pretty happy about what happens to the Bard in Morrowind.

I'm with you on Sun In Shadow. I so much wanted to kill her, too. I, also, really dislike Lady Laurent. At least Sun In Shadow is one quest albeit a long one. Lady Laurent shows up everywhere and she gets on my nerves!

Ugh, Lady Laurent! After watching her butcher archaeology in Wrothgar, I would have happily left her high on that mountain.

But, she was written and created to be on the humor side, her character and quests are scripted on purpose to be like that.
