    (2) Increase your Max Stamina and Max Magicka by 1096
    (3) Increase your Weapon Critical and Spell Critical by 833
    (4) Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
    (5) Attacking an enemy puts one stack of Midnight on them increasing the damage you deal to the target by 2% stacking up to five times lasting for 5 seconds. Applying a sixth stack consumes all stacks of Midnight and applies Eclipse. Eclipse increases the damage you deal to the target by 20% and lasts for 3 seconds. You cannot apply Midnight more than once every 4 seconds.

    Pretty sure it can be worded better but I wasn't gonna try to finesse a concept like this. This set would be pretty cycle heavy and with the long stack time wouldn't be very good in fights where you switch targets often.
    @Kittytravel Ooooo, I love that! I'd change it slightly though so you can trigger the Eclipse part at will, to set up an ult for example when you're ready for it. Eg: 5 stacks max, and when you hit a target with 5 stacks with a heavy attack, you consume them and apply Eclipse.

    2 - max stam

    4 - mag + stam recovery
    5 - weapon + spell crit
    5 - While you have NO weapon equipped, increase your weapon and spell damage by 1,000, and heavy attacks restore x amount of your primary resource.

    Short of a Bard skill line this might make an unarmed build doable. Not sure about the numbers exactly but I think the idea could work.

    Wait, bards are unarmed? I thought Monks are unarmed. All the travelling bards I've seen have a one-handed weapon and a spell.

    (5) Whenever the player moves they taunt any enemy within 15 meters for 15 seconds. This effect can be applied every 15 seconds to enemies.

    "Menacing Damage" (9 trait)
    (2) 1096 Magika and Stamina
    (3) 129 Spell Damage and Weapon Damage
    (4) 129 Magika Recovery and Stamina Recovery
    (5) 833 Spell Crit and Weapon Crit
    (5) Each magic or melee ability that hits a target places a mark on the target. Once the target reaches 5 marks it takes 5% more damage for 5 seconds. This can happen every 10 seconds and can stack twice.

    For an RPG, this game has surprisingly few options to develop our characters with item sets in ways that involve... well, anything other than combat. It's why I was really kind of miffed when they removed the trait stone that increased gold drops. Prosperous was it? I really miss that trait stone.

    Agreed, why does it always have to be combat related?

    Personally I think we should have non-combat sets just for funs sake. Sets with procs that spawn a mob or NPC that follows us around in town and tells everyone within earshot of our great exploits. Tales of how I slew the great beast at Inmore Taragrim, or how I rescued a litter of wild skeevers from the jaws of the spotted dingo pack in The Rift.

    Any combination of random stats for 1-4 and then the 5th would be when you crit, you dw beer steins, smashing in conal ae's both left and right.

    I would also be open to bumping up the damage reductions if it bestowed that crazy drunken effect making it harder for the wearer to hit others with physical attacks. Thus making the AE's even more crucial.

    The Penetrator - 3pc Jewelry/Weapon set

    We could make it an OP 2pc (like the set it's designed to counter) but even 3pc it would be good.

    Yeah that was on purpose; not being able to create your own window means the set would be best in the hands of people who can manage all that; I wouldn't wanna make it that good/convenient to use or it becomes the "Relequens" problem.

    How about a % chance to 'disarm' your opponent for so many seconds, requiring them to re-collect their item to resume battle. (Think the shield in the Zaan fight of SCP. (Player wouldn't actually lose the item. I wouldn't trust the server to get that part right.))

    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
