    (5) Attacking an enemy puts one stack of Midnight on them increasing the damage you deal to the target by 2% stacking up to five times lasting for 5 seconds. Applying a sixth stack consumes all stacks of Midnight and applies Eclipse. Eclipse increases the damage you deal to the target by 20% and lasts for 3 seconds. You cannot apply Midnight more than once every 4 seconds.

    Pretty sure it can be worded better but I wasn't gonna try to finesse a concept like this. This set would be pretty cycle heavy and with the long stack time wouldn't be very good in fights where you switch targets often.

    Substituting Crown Store sales of XP scrolls (with a new in-game 5-piece XP set) is not something ZOS would be on board with, @RPGplayer13579.

    You might also un-friend a few crafters by using this set instead of crafted training gear and XP pots.

    Another forum-goer posted a 5-pc group debuff set similar to Jorvuld's Guidance not too long ago. Can't find the post, but it would look something like this:

    (2 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
    (3 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
    (4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
    (5 items) Increases the duration of all Major debuffs and Minor debuffs you and your group apply to enemy players by 40%.

    The 2-4 piece values could be substituted with Stamina or Health ... just using Magicka as an example ...

    Spellsword's legacy (Crafted):
    • 2 Weapon crit
    • 3 Physical Penetration
    • 4 Weapon damage
    • 5 The numerical values for your spell damage, spell crit, spell penetration, max magicka, current magicka, magicka recovery are swapped with your weapon damage, weapon crit, physical penetration, max stamina, current stamina, stamina recovery respectively.
      Your heavy attacks restore magicka instead of stamina.
    The intention is to make hybrid builds viable in the context of the current system without introducing any abusable interactions with spells like Dark Deal or double dipping from sets that grant stats for both specs.
    Most abusable part of it is using your (low by design) base magicka as a backup pool for breaking free, dodgerolling etc, which is alright I'd say considering that the set doesn't exactly give you a 5th stat boost.

    The way this would work is that you would put this set on one bar and barswap to another set, perhaps an arena weapon, to switch your spec mid-fight. Since you have two skill bars, you would want to put your stam morphs on your stam bar and your mag morphs on your mag bar so that they always benefit the most.

    This set will probably not fullfil all hybrid needs yet, but it's essentially what Pelinal's aptitude tries to be but fails at, without invading on its "equalizing" theme.
    I hope I didn't make some critical error in my thinking here, but I'm pretty sure that the set not converting cost reduction or skill costs is a good thing because that is where I see the biggest potential for abuse and it also doesn't cause imbalance among the races, such as Breton vs Redguard as each can show their strength only on one side of the coin without affecting the other.
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    Frankly, I'd like any set that confers bonuses to non-combat portions of the game, such as:

    - pickpocket chance
    - faster bounty cooldown
    - loot chance
    - double-node frequency
    - swim speed
    - etc. etc.

The Jester Monkey will attract all enemies in a 8 meter radius to you for 5 seconds. Any enemy players affected by the monkey will deal 50% of damage to players but will deal 100% damage to you
    (Jester Monkey needs a 15 second break before performing again)

    Thought of a set that would AoE taunt enemies and be helpful for Magicka or Stamina tanks.

    (5 items) When you deal damage with a Frost damage, you gain 525 spell damage for 8 seconds, 12 cd.
    Changes all flame damage on class abilities to frost.

    Monster set
    Staves don't belong to tanks
    (1 items) Adds 833 Spell Critical
    (2 items) Modifies destruction frost line. No longer taunts and give bonus to block.
    Instead gives flat 4% damage bonus to all frost damage and heavy attack chills enemies which gives slight increase to damage over time.

    Light set
    Staves are boring

    Zerg Bowling Set (PVP)

    Formerly known as "Sonic the Hedgehog Suit"

    2 Items - Decrease the cost of Roll Dodge by 50% and increases the distance rolled by 500%
    3 Items - Immunity to all CC while "Rolling"
    4 Items - Increases the speed at which you roll by 50%, makes you invisible while rolling, and increases distance rolled 200% further
    5 Items - When you roll into a hostile player, you knock them back 30 meters and stun them for "lag". Additionally, you do "FPS Drop" damage. Hitting additional targets stuns them for "More Lag" and does "Critical FPS Drop" damage.
    5 Items - When two hostile players roll dodge into each other this creates a "Zergnova". A Zergnova damages everyone within 1000 meters with "Client Crash" followed by the DoT " An unexpected error has occurred." for "However long it takes ZOS to fix it."

    When you thought it was all over and you think you are recovering that is when the second super secret dark brotherhood DoT hits you....

    5 Items - After " An unexpected error has occurred" has worn of, the DoT " Campaign Full" is applied until "Bedtime" has passed.

    This is the medium set. You dont even want to know what the heavy set does.

    (3 items) increase weapon and spell damage.
    (4 items) increase critical damage dealt by 5%
    (5 items) gain minor savagery and minor prophecy.
    When you deal two consecutive critical hits the enemy lops a blue, green or red orb in a random direction that lingers for 3 seconds. The blue orb increases critical chance by 15% for 20s, the green orb increases weapon and spell damage by 15% for 20s and the red orb instantly kills you can the closest group member. This effect can happen every 30 seconds.
