Can't wait for the full datamine after PTS next week! But this Gloomspore bear doesn't look very cool for me 
Maybe I will be able to skip Gloomspore crate season and prepare for Nightfall season better 
Mount and pet from dungeon DLC CE look cute, I wonder if they will have edited voices I'm not sure about what animal they remind me, but their heads make them different from wolves. 0 -

Expansions since Summerset have been much better with draw distance than all previous zones (including grass draw distance!) so hopefully that trend continues and the screengrab you've posted is just taken during foggy weather.
If you're on PC you can also grab the Daybreak mod though, and push that fog distance much further back
Gives me hope that ZOS will do this themselves in 2021's Chapter, touching up some of the mountain and tree LOD models at the same time (since there are a few oddities if you use this today in older zones - newer zones look great though), for a next-gen update that keeps the game ticking over until TES6. My final hope is with the outfit pages they tend to release more often...

You sort of answered your question "can the game look like these images already" within your initial statement when you indicate your playing on an Xbox. The images look as good as they do here in this forum post and even better on my desktop computer.
In my case I invested quite a bit of money and time building my computer. I built a system with a Godlike Z390 motherboard, RTX2080Ti card, i7-9700k processor with 2 terabytes storage, 64gb ram and use a 43" ultra-wide Samsung curved monitor. It's not the most expensive set up but pretty decent for gaming. Even my laptop (MSI GS75 stealth i7-9750, RTX2080, 1 terabyte SSD with a 144hz 17.5 inch screen runs the game with gorgeous visual display.
My game runs on ultra high settings on both my set ups and has the most beautiful visuals while playing the game. Truthfully the artistic detail that ESO delivers is one of if not the biggest reason I absolutely love the game.
I know everyone can not be so fortunate but a desk top or lap top PC really are the best options for playing the game.
I am pretty excited for the new content to come out !

You just listed off the most high end consumer components, and called it "decent".
