Shrinked resource bars after traveling

Dear ZOS.
Since the last DLC we have the problem that after taking buff food, the extended resource bars for magicka and stamina shrink back to normal size after traveling.
A fix would be welcome.

✭✭I have this annoying bug with Bewitched Sugar Skulls
I think it's the food you use as well?
When character eats it, all resource bars extend properly. But if I change location/relog, mag and stam bars look normal again, as if I don't have any food buff (while the food buff is actually active). It makes me feel uncomfortable, often giving false impression that I'm low on my resources.1 -
mikikatze✭✭✭✭✭It's all golden food and an old bug that STILL NEEDS FIXING. And since ZOS just closest a thread with the SAME TOPIC (I had a hard time not laughing about the reason), I'm glad this one popped up!
