I would say blocking is more effective, but it can be dodged

It is dodge able, blockable. I wasn't serious btw. It isn't comparable to snipe. Ultimate are ultimate and standard skills are skills of a lesser kind and aren't realistically comparable. Whip is comparable to snipe but with very different variables in which they function to the point they may or may not be comparable based upon which variables one chooses to look at.

I'm going to stop trying to dodge it. Hasn't worked for me since it was sped up even if I dodge roll before, during, after a leap. Maybe it's a desync issue?

Hardest hitting ulti, with almost 0 reaction time for your opponent when on melee which is how most dks use it.. hmm good change. Welcome to how NBs have been feeling for the last year, oh wait our ulti still hits for less (a lot less) and only silences...

It also doesn't have a class execute....
Roll a dk and learn how it plays and those leaps wont be so unpredictable
