But soul siphon double dipping in that cast time and delay. I have no idea why anyone would use it over tether that only has a cast time...
Honestly I rarely ever use ults since the game likes greying out the bar when its laggy.1 -

2) the developers allready said the reason the cast times were added.

It is impossible to do that with those ults because of gcds.
The only combo I can think of is a curse, frags, meteor, wrath combo. That isn’t affected by cast times.
Have you played any stamnb recently? Cast times make it impossible to burst players.
And anyways. It’s a clear majority of players of the available pool that dislike them.
In fact I’d be willing to bet you either play an unaffected class or play large scale zerging.
It slows down pvp, bugs because of lag, feels clunky and benefits bad players. I cannot believe zos implemented that change, and I can’t understand why they kept it.
Imo it’s the single worst change in eso history.15 -

However because of the cast time and animation delay, which I have never figured out how to animation cancel Surprise Attack into an Incap, the target almost always breaks free and roll dodges before Incap hits. ✭OtherOnslaught is fine with the cast time due to its nature and high damage, this skill was buffed heavily with the introduction of cast times; however, Dawnbreaker was left unbuffed and a cast time was added. Dawnbreaker feels miserable with the cast time, unfortunately some classes like stam warden rely on Dawnbreaker, please buff Dawny or remove the cast time!1 -

Rarely do i ever see such bs, the forums hardly have words of wisdom in them, but this post you just made, is frankly dumb as dumb gets.
The 3 to 4 abilities hitting at the same time is just your usual animation cancelling propaganda from people who do not understand how it works, or do not like it and want it removed so they continue to spout the same nonsense over and over.
Second, adding the cast time doesn't really do much for damage but it does make the ability feel worse.
What you said is pure nonsense.
You cannot cast more than one ability at a time on the gcd, period. Proc sets can proc damage at the same time you cast something, so this change literally does not do anything aside from making some ultimates feel worse to use.

Either keep casts and give to all classes or remove them so we have the same playing field. The fact that you can line up a power of of that, 3x jab spams and an instant Ult cast before you can even get your incap strike off, the games BEYOND unbalanced in its current state.Stamblade Main.0 -
