Quest - Report to Marbruk - Queen missing

Like the title says the Queen is missing, I would not be bothered if the quest would not reward 1 skill point. As you can see in this screenshot the queen is not there.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Relog didn't fix this, so I abandoned the quest to reacquire it from Major Cirenwe only to find out that I can't get it anymore... the quest marker simply isn't there anymore and the quest giver just speaks some trivial lines.Edited by DJsax on April 8, 2014 7:25PM0 -

Stuck too and abandoned the quest to receive it again. Quest giver remains silent.0

AngryAttorneySoul ShrivenNo way to fix it, but to prevent it from happening, complete the wilderking quest line first, and Woodhearth's, then do Shades of Green with Iraendyr. It stops the Queen from having to be two places at once. I also abandoned it, and can no longer receive the skill point.0

jdonub17_ESOSoul Shrivenhey all, same thing happened to me. Put in a ticket and was told to abandon. Did that and now can't get the quest again. Replied to ticket and the lady said to try going farther back in the quest line. ALso that they are looking into this quest. My question is what started this quest to begin with? I can't remember.0

I had the same issue, but the quest isn't required to progress so I just abandoned it. Problem happens if you do the shades of green questline before the seaside sanctuary.0

Damn was hoping this would work, the queen is definitely on the bridge outside Hectahame but she does not have a quest prompt or icon for Return to marbruk. I'm guessing the problem is this quest should have been completed before the Hectahame quest.. Zenimax, Im a bit of a completionist.. My soul can't move on to the next zone with out this quest being complete!! I've already had to skip the past three story line quest, Castle of the Worms is bugged, then black saps hold now this!? My OCD is eating at me !

I have the same bug, but just to crank up your OCD -I think this may be holding up the handout of another quest.
I did some googling but, I cannot tell for sure because there is not way to look at completed quests that I know of.1 -

This is unfortunate because i think im getting close to the wedding and Report to Marbruk is still bugged on my end as well... Zenimax what is going on...
