Quest - Report to Marbruk - Queen missing

Got a response to my ticket, but the steps provided do not fix the issue(s).

I am also having trouble with this quest, and as @thwl‌ I also got a pretty useless answer from the GMs.

Writing to them, telling them all the usual steps I have done, including /reloadui, leave zone etc etc, and even linking to this thread pointing out some of the posts in it where people tell what they have done, including those poor souls who have abandoned it and now cant get it again, they still give out carbon copy answer, which is pretty lame/useless.

My trouble with it is now about close to 3 weeks old, and still no real usefull answer/information from the now 2 different people at support that have answered.

Lets see if we throw in @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom those two names if they can poke some of the coders/devs/support staff to take a good look at this old bug.

please dont do that, they know the issue can be repeated by completing shades of green before report to marbruk, only report using /bug if you have more information, reporting a reported bug is just plan couterproductive

This quest is blocking another quest. Also, this quest gives a Skill point, so yeah - big deal.

I find it a bit amusing, after putting in these names in my last post, @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, I then get a mail telling me that my ticket has been escalated.

Instead of escalating individual tickets, they really should look into the quest in generel and try to find a solution that would fix it for all who has a problem instead of taking the problems one at a time.

Edit: I've done some of the Shades of Green Quest suppose to go to Hectahame. But after i talked to the Queen there was no skill point awarded, is there suppose to be ?

You don't need to get the quest from the queen! Just go to marbruk and talk to razum'darr! He can give you the quest too!

Queen missing for me, have done all options to fix, /reloadui, camp, come back later, you name it, the woman is never home. Fix this bunk, it's annoying, I don't want to keep coming back for nothing.

At least the wayshrine is right outside her damn door.

Yea, we hassled this bug enough and now they fixed it. Extra skill point for me!

The squeaky wheel get the oil.

Now I only have 4 quests that are bugged. Time to re-hassle them about those ones.

So it is working. If you abandoned the quest, which NPC do you have to go to in order to receive it again?

Same here.. I abandoned quest as could not find Queen in residence. Major would not give quest again.
Even waited for others to get to same point and they could not share quest with me.
HOW DO YOU GET THIS QUEST BACK?

This quest appears to be fixed as of today's Craglorn patch. I enter the queen's residence and she was there! There was no skill point reward however. After speaking with the queen, another npc runs in who you speak with and then your sent to Scout Catannie at Driladan Pass. It ends there, this quest appears to have simply been a lead to another quest area.

Cant test it with Craglorn patch (EU servers still down) but abandoning quest didnt work for me before that.
Quest giver simply not offereing you to take this quest again.

I'm sorry so much i listened to Customer Support and tryed to abandon the quest... If i still had it in my Quest list i would finish it few patch ago. But now im stuck. Quest giver not offering this quest again ..
