Okay, you've got my curiosity... where's that number coming from? The only population number I've seen was the beta signups, which was five million, and isn't the current game population, so far as I know.
5 mil signed up for beta and reported thousands of bugs and the main quest most important still bugged. I honestly believe there are no more than 1 mil active players atm.

If you make the game Free to play (F2P) I think the odds are more in your favor since people will actually want to pay $60 for the game. Right now everyone is upset because we paid for a broken product but if we don't pay anymore then we won't be so unforgiving. Take the example from FFXIV Square apologized and made it free and now they rise again with FFXIV RR.

Most of these issues only seem to affect a few people (access codes) and others are issues people brought on themselves (like paying for value shipping and expecting to play until the game arrives in the mail for free). This has been the smoothest launch of a MMO in recent history.
The Bank bug seems to be a lot more widespread than that... though, of course, we don't have access to hard numbers there.

Jesus christ, bravo, well done, you made a flamebait thread and succeeded in making this thread 3 pages long already.
F2P is a crap business model that costs players more in the long run, either monetarily or in fun. You and anyone else who supports F2P should be ashamed of themselves.felixgamingx1 wrote: »Hello ZOS I think we should just admit our mistakes here not a lot of people going to continue paying subs with the quality of service we've been receiving. I hope it stays subscription and delivers quality content on a regular basis. I would much prefer that over a f2p cash shop. Although I will agree the number of bugs and customer support has been bad. We should at least be compensated an extra week of free game time for the mess that launch has been.

I'm impressed that you think you're so special that ZOS would waste their time to disrupt your posts lol
